GOOD ATMOSPHERE , Good food, but …The pasta fagioli was served barely luke warm . The mushrooms in the veal Marsala were sliced so thin almost nonexistent I’m not exaggerating . The Marsala sauce was delicious however . The crab ravioli was delicious so was the salad, arugula with portobello mushrooms flakes of Parmesan & balsamic glaze , the sautéed spinach was bitter because they burned the garlic I couldn’t finish it not sure what the chef is thinking we all know if you burn the garlic stop throw it out and start again as there’s no cure for bitter burned garlic infusing in your spinach ! That was a really bad one lol . I suggest chef add some mushrooms to this Marsala as it is considered a part of the entree instruct line cooks to toss burned garlic ALWAYS & begin again and wait staff serve piping hot soup ! They could’ve put it in the microwave before delivery to the table and I’d have been pleased . lol . Come on guys …. ? all and all we’d go back just for that salad … good food just need to Get the kitchen staff on point . Dr Mazz

So good! We are visiting from out of town. From the moment we sat down and the server and manager brought over the fresh bread with soaked olives everything was perfect. Be sure to pour some of their unique olive oil a d balsamic that will blow your mind how smooth it is!All Thr food portions were hearty and the food was spectacular. The homemade Tiramisu was outstanding! Our server Alejandro was attentive, and have great recommendation.I would definitely go back to enjoy the atmosphere and high quality food!Kid-friendliness: We had 4 kids with is and they were treated as the young adults they are!

Just stopped in for happy hour. The cabernet was very nice for a house selection. Service for food order was painfully slow and flatbread does not bruschetta make - so that was disappointing.

Absolute worst restaurant! Zero stars not an option. Went to pick up a to go order and came back to house and it is not correct order. Spoke to young lady at the restaurant and she told to come back to pick up another food order and it would be made correctly. Called by manager midway to restaurant and was told I would be charged for them to remake the food that they originally made incorrectly and I explained my conversation about incorrect food order and having to drive back (1 hr drive time between the two trips). When I arrived to get food and refund was told that general manager left and I would not be refunded my food but they would compensate me for tiramisu. I asked them to refund my money as originally agreed and the young lady told me I would need to come back to restaurant and speak with general manager about this. I told them I was not coming back to the restaurant for a third time on a Sunday!! To think this was even a rational request is beyond me. I sent the food back and demanded my money back and had husband collect refund for food. They sent out two men from the back of the restaurant to try to intimidate my husband asking for food refund. Young lady also said that general manager would have another conversation with me tomorrow in order to get refund. My husband said no my wife will not be discussing this any further with everyone and to take the food back. This restaurant is beyond low class! Now I have not eaten anything and was compensated nothing absolutely nothing for the restaurants mistake. I was not able to enjoy dinner with my family and out 1 hour of driving. This is the only restaurant in history that I know makes the customer pay for their mistakes. By the way the food is not worth it. Rigatoni with alla vodka sauce $28 dollar dish and spaghetti noodles with red sauce and clams $28 dollar dish. Save your money and go somewhere where customers time and money and patronship is appreciated.

We've been here number of times and we're never disappointed! The service and food are both excellent. The ambiance is comfortable and welcoming. Five stars, if I lived closer I'll eat there every day!

The 5 stars are for our server Erin. Had it not been for her, this review would be one star. I made reservations for my father's birthday and we had two more family members show up. The manager refused to seat any more people and had no problem turning our entire party away. At this point drinks had been ordered and when we went to close our tab, our server was confused as to why we're leaving so soon. After explaining what happened, she was able to convince her manager to let us stay and she would take our party. Not only did she provide excellent service, she had a wonderful attitude and is great at what she does- you would never know the restaurant was "short staffed" as the manager had told us. Every meal and drink order was perfect and honestly pretty quick considering Erin had nearly half the restaurant! Erin- thanks for saving my dad's birthday and I hope you are appreciated there because they're lucky to have you!!

We were looking for a good restaurant to have a birthday dinner for a dear relative. Her neighbor recommended Chianti's, so I made reservations on a recent Thursday evening. The place was bustling and obviously popular when we arrived for our reservation. I noticed 2 seating areas, one in a room to the left and the other in more open space nearer to the entry. We were seated at a table in the middle of the enclosed room, given menus, and soon were asked for drink orders. We ordered a bottle of the house wine. Wonderful crusty hot bread, a small tin of butter, and salty olives were delivered to the table. With all tables full, the room was very noisy, so conversation was difficult. Service was excellent. The menu has quite a few great choices. Two in our group had veal marsala, one had shrimp fra diavolo, one a small plate (which included a reduced portion of a main course plus pasta and sauce). There's a limited selection available in the small plate, which is well suited to children or those with smaller appetites. Everyone said their food was very good, save for too little marsala flavor in the break dish. Dinner was topped off with song and a big portion of tiramisu for the birthday girl. This is a place we'd definitely consider revisiting.

Last night I took my wife there for a Valentine's Day dinner. It was not a good experience. We had been to Chianti at least 3 times before with friends and each time it was a great experience. But that was before COVID. I made the reservation online and we both were looking forward to going. I must not have looked carefully enough because apparently last nights menu was strictly a set menu for Valentines. And it was $65.00 per couple. None of the selected items had anything on it that we had been hoping to get from before. We contemplated going elsewhere but decided to stay since it was a special occasion. In the meantime our server was apparently running behind and finally made her way to us and took our drink order. We then decided what we would like to order for dinner and when she finally came back with our drinks she asked if we were ready. It turns out one of the items I asked for was no longer available. It was already hard to decide what to have because the menu was set and I reminded her she might have mentioned that when she finally came to our table the first time and I did not waste my time over the next 10-15 minutes. She just let it go in one ear and out the next. Our appetizers arrived (not by her) and the lobster bisque (my forced selection) was not hot nor very good. We also had noticed other tables had bread placed on theirs upon being seated but we had not received ours yet so we asked the runner to please bring some. He must have told our waitress because she dropped it off without saying anything and also dropped some off at another of her tables. Finally our appetizer dishes were removed and our dinners arrived. (Again not by our server) and halfway through the meal she finally stopped by and asked how everything was. We said ok but I lied. I ordered a veal dish and I swear it was nothing more than breakfast sausage patties covered up enough to not notice. The mashed potatoes also seemed to taste like boxed potatoes as well. That was my thinking anyway. There was nothing special about this meal as far as preparation, presentation or taste. Once again we waited too long for our plates to be removed. When they finally were, we were asked about dessert and what we decided on and we quickly reminded her we had already told her earlier and she said she tossed the information in the trash and didn't remember. She then went to another table and while she was there, a runner was dropping off meals for her and she was unaware it was the dinners for the couple she was standing at. I once made a living in the service industry and I don't know how long this person has been in it but it was clear she wasn't very good at her job. From the beginning she demonstrated no pride in any aspect of what she was doing. I've never not left a tip but was very tempted to not leave one last night. I finally settled on a 10% tip for a $155.00 bill. The next time we ever out for a "specialty" occasion I will ask about the menu first. I learned a lesson and found myself wishing we'd left before the experience got worse. As for the items chosen for the set menu, after looking them up individually we would have paid less. They had everything marked up with a set price because of the "special" occasion. We really are not difficult to please, and certainly do not have any issue about higher prices when we go out but we do expect a better product with better service. Especially for a place known for its better reputation. We also get that since COVID, the industry has been dealing with major changes. But this is Chianti! They always have had a reputation as a fine and unique dining experience. Any problems since COVID should be fixed by now. There is no excuse and no reason for us to go back.

My favorite Italian restaurant. You need to try the Spaghetti a la Carbonara! The best I've ever had, period!! The ambiance, the service, and the waiters are also super awesome. You will not be disappointed!!
