Pretty much drive through always at a complete stop. Never any salt on the fries and when I do curb side I'm waiting almost 20 minutes everytime at all times of the day.

this was the worst chick-fil-a i've EVER BEEN TO... they were so rude... they were giving mcdonald's attitude. we did go before it closed but they were still so mean, to the point where i didn't even want my food anymore. They were impatient, rolling their eyes and talking to us like peasants.... this is VERY shocking coming from chick fil a... when we pulled up they motioned who's this like if we weren't welcomed. then the lady taking our order was rude didn't care about anything but going home. it was bad , i will forever be a chick-fil-a fan but i will never return to this location

I love this CFA. It's so beautifully decorated and kept up with. Staff is super friendly and helpful and of course the food is exceptional. Very busy location so the drive thru lane is always super long but no worries because you will quickly be on your way due to the system they manage to ensure super speedy service!
About a month ago I stopped into this location because I happen to be in the area. I took my food to go only to realize that my brownie wasn’t in the bag. I called the store to let them know and was instructed by a manager that I needed to download the app so they could send me a coupon. I did this only to be told for 2 days that I couldn’t be found in the system. I was then instructed by another manager/employee that I couldn’t be found because I needed to make a purchase in order to get something I had already paid for!! Next day a THIRD manager tells me that she would see what she could do about getting me something sent in the mail. A month later I haven’t received anything from them nor has anyone followed up with me. At this point it’s not even about the brownie anymore but the way the situation was handled in general. Never again will I visit this particular location!!

Consistently delicious. No chaos just to buy a snack or meal. Calmer environment than most fast food. Everyone is in their places or stations completing their job. No running or shouting in the work area. These folks should get reduced workers' compensation insurance.I went to a Häagen-Dazs near Orlando in an outlet mall. One of my kids had to go find a table to get away from the loud music. It appeared that the blonde older woman with the obvious facial enhancements fed the vibe. She's not doing herself a favor. We received our products and fled. Chick filet made me want to sit down and enjoy my food.
