Another great dinner @ Cooper's Hawk Sarasota. 5PM rsvp right on time. RACHEL P. was friendly & perfect. The "special " roasted salmon dish especially the broccoli was perfect. Also, the drop martini was nice! The April a Malbec was VG. Also, thanks for the Ambassador member bottle of Barrel Reserve.

We eat at the Sarasota location quite often and it's never a disappointment. Food is always great, service is attentive but not overbearing, and the wine selection is quite impressive. Highly recommend dining here!

Used to love this restaurant; great food. My last experience with the host was so awful that I will never be back. The host refused to acknowledge my reservation because "they were very busy", treated my party and I very rudely, and refused to redirect us to a manager because "no one was available."

Outstanding food and service! After living here full-time for nearly a year, we finally found a place with superb filet! While seafood is readily available, I have struggled to find a good steak or filet. We went here with friends, who all enjoyed their surf and turf, but the quality of the filet I had was good enough for me to write this review. A special thanks to Sean our server for making recommendations on both the food and the wine, outstanding! We will definitely be back!

Easter dinner was spectacular for all 4 of us at the table. 3 of us had the steak medallion surf and turf which was amazing. The pistachios crusted grouper was great as well. Mary’s mashed and the mixed vegetables were just perfect. Our waiter Sean was fantastic. He explained the wine club to us, helped us pair a great wine with our meals and never rushed us. We brought a couple with us who had never dined at Coppers Hawk and they raved about it. We will definitely be back and try to get Sean as our waiter again.

This is one of our favorite go-too spots. Always prepared the same and the bartenders are very friendly and take excellent care. Be sure and try the lettuce wraps. So good.
The ambiance is nice...the food is average. Our meatball appetizer came out cold and took 1/2 through our meals to get a new one. Loved the toast pieces that came with the meatballs the most. Sweet sauce so good of you like sweet. The chopped wedge was nothing special and oddly only half of it was chopped. The filet with the Austin potatoes - filet cooked perfectly. The potato's were half uncooked so not great. Overall the experience is average.
