Just had delivery and it was not good. I ordered online at 10 am for an 1130 delivery. It arrived at 1210. The tots had raw bacon on it, the pepperoni pizza bread was undercooked and the chicken parmesian sandwich was burnt and had very little sauce or chicken on it. With so many other pizza places around, I will NEVER order Domino's again.

It took 1.5 hours for my food. I called after an hour and was told it was on the way. 30 minutes later it’s still not here . I’m 900ft from the store. I should have just picked it up maybe. 1.5 hours later I received my food. The delivery guy was very nice and sweet. However I asked for no mushrooms on my pizza and sure enough there’s mushrooms . Also when I called, I spoke to who seemed to be the manager, was extremely rude to me and didn’t appreciate his tone or attitude while I have been waiting for my food for too long. I understand being short staffed, but when I was told it’s on it was 30 minutes prior and it wasn’t, that’s my problem. Terrible experience

Worst experience I have ever had with a manager. He had zero empathy for my situation as I was drafted $400 for a credit card machine mistake and unable to buy any food after this mistake because I have to wait for it to get refunded which completely drained my account and my family was unable to eat dinner. The machine went down and I was temporarily broke with no pizza. I have no idea how to get ahold of the owner. A simple I’m so sorry let me see what I can do would have gone a long way instead all he kept saying was I didn’t take your money! Dominos did take my money and drained my account and now I can’t buy pizza elsewhere because there is a hold on all money.

Honestly if I could give this location less than a 1 star I would. Consistently over the last year I have had an issue with every single order I have placed. Whether it’s my order not being made for 2 hours with no notice because of “being under staffed”, not getting half of the items I asked for on multiple occasions, to tonight where I got my Philly sandwich with a total of half a slice of meat on it. The manager remade my food correctly when I came back to the store to show them what I had received. However, I managed at multiple locations from Orlando to Venice for 5 years and was lucky to have been chosen by my store to get the opportunity a full day of training with the CEO of the company Patrick Doyle back in 2016 and I know that the way things are being handled are no where near company standards. Management here has been a train wreck and it really needs to be addressed by the franchise owners if they want to know why their location isn’t doing well. This is only the second negative review I have ever left in my years of dining out or delivery because I truly thought this was necessary and truly want the owners to know what is happening.

The pasta today was SOO good!!! I got it around 6-7pm and I get this pasta like every other day, and its NEVER been this good. Seriously, whoever made the pasta on 6-13-2023 around 6-7pm is a pasta making GOD!!!! I stopped going to the Dominos on Tamiami cause their pasta maker just wasn't up to par, this person is seriously blessed I even called and left a compliment. So I'm leaving this here hoping the superiors realize what a GEM they have making pasta!!! It was AMAZING!!!

Made an online order waited until a half hour after it was supposed to be delivered called they said "we are waiting on a delivery driver" I said cancel the order they never canceled it got a notification the next day that it was being delivered I had to call back asked for confirmation of picture that it was canceled never got that either ridiculous

Ordered curbside pickup at 9:45pm and my order was canceled on the app. I called and the employee said he doesn’t take orders after 9:30pm but their hours are open till midnight. I’m confused bc I have ordered later with no issues. Either the hours need updating or the employee was trying to get out early?? Disappointed

What a disaster. This place should close for good. All the people that work in there except for one woman that was rolling the dough in the front seemed like they were all high on something. I paid for my pizza first the guy said it was going to be a few minutes I said no problem the man standing right behind him should have heard that I paid for it because when he went to bring my pizza out he was insisting that I pay for it again he seemed extremely clueless and this place should never be visited

The portions were extremely small. The Chicken pasta was less than what we got last time we ordered a month ago. We thought the cost of $45 for three items of very little food, doesn't make it worth ordering from here again.

OVER SAUCED every time! Please teach your employees the right amount of sauce needed for the pizza! Two times in a row we had to throw the pizza out due to it having Soooooo MUCH sauce! Ridiculous!

Tried to call the actual store to inquire about my last order and when you call you get a call service NOT The ACTUAL Store you are calling. I Was Transferred Multiple Times and Nobody Answers which Means TO Me NOBODY Cares! No Customer Service. Like Give me your money here is your pizza now get out!

Ordered pizza over the internet online for delivery like we always do with our account after placeing online order I called to let them know the Parmesan knots I ordered I have a coupon to get them free but there is no code for it the guy over the phone didn’t believe me so I had to drive up to the store in Palmer ranch and show him Brandon the manager never said sorry for the inconvenience no apology was given he was mute couldn’t answer me how I am supposed to order online when u have a coupon with no code ! He just stared at me which was offensive and rude , Brandon needs some manners in customer service
