Even with a reservation for dinner, it took 45 minutes to get our table. Service was terrible. Once we were seated, It took another 15-20 minutes for a waiter to approach us and take a drink order. After placing the drink order, it took another 15-20 minutes just to get the drinks. Finally, we ordered our dinners and that took too long as well. The view on the patio was lovely, but the patio itself was dirty. There were dirty tables on the patio with birds eating off the dirty plates. In the past, we have always enjoyed dinner at this location. However, our experience this time was awful. Not at all the Ritz experience that we were expecting. We will not return.

I never write reviews however, I am a Sarasota native and the quality of food and service was horrible. You pay $25 for fish tacos and the server never offered grilled, blackened, or fried. My tacos came out fried and very dry. The drinks were great and so was the ambience That is the only good thing I can say. We spent $150 on lunch…. Only good was the drinks. So disappointing

Our server never came to our table after over 20 minutes. We asked someone for our server and he still never came. We asked for a wine list and had a hard time getting it. We ended up just getting a drink and an appetizer and left.

Having been at this restaurant many other times, I have to say I was severely disappointed. We sat for over 20 minutes before someone came over. Drinks came sporadically. The food was just OK and the service was horrendous. My settings weren't even complete we had a table set for four, and there were only two napkins. For this price of a meal you would expect a lot more
