Lobster bisque with extra chunks 10/10! Maybe could be a little hotter but tasted great, very rich!Cesar salad was fresh!Duchess lobster was excellent but I would split next time! The stuffing inside was rich and decedent. Coleslaw was delicious!Lobster Mac n cheese tasted off, it was in an orange sauce that tasted like a bad cheese, like a mix of Mac n cheese and Alfredo; a weird combo. On the plus side there was huge chunks of lobster! we left the pasta behind, 1/10.Very tight seating, slightly uncomfortable especially with little kids.Overall rating, 9/10, we wanted to try EVERYTHING on the menu! We will return.Kid-friendliness: They had high chairs!

our waitress had no attention to detail or concept of any of the menu items. after saying diary and seed allergy, waitress didn't mention the food item with both included (didn't say on the menu). Overly priced, especially for some sandy scallops. After discussing our concerns walked away while still talking, service felt rushed even though they had 3 tables. Manager did come to our table, we expressed our concerns, did not seem to care and walked away while talking. Where we are from this is disrespectful especially at a nice establishment. Not sure if they're up for the touristy action down here.

Excellent seafood with a great New England tilt. Whole clams, great chowder, and a mixture of lobster and other options. Both dinner and lunch options from fish tacos to stuffed lobster . All of this is in the heart of Siesta Key Village. Don't miss it!

Every time we come to the Sarasota area, we must stop here! Family owned restaurant that serves the best New England style seafood as well as some authentic Portuguese dishes & wines! Service is top notch! Food is amazing - we highly recommend the Seafood Portugal dinner and their award winning Lobster Bisque with extra lobster chunks added on top! Yum! Lively atmosphere! Friendly staff! Kaitlyn is awesome! Come here once and you will wish you lived closer to it!

We ate dinner here on Friday evening. There was no wait, which made us a little nervous. But as it turned out, the food was awesome. A small basket of cornbread is provided--it was warm and delicious. My wife had the mediterranean salad with a large piece of mahi-mahi on top. Both salad and fish were delicious. I had the fiery pasta dish with shrimp. It was excellent-- spicy, but not too hot, with plenty of shrimp. It came with a piece of garlic toast, which was also very good. The meal was one of the best I've had in a while. The server could've been a bit more attentive, but she was nice and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful lunch today! Great service, ambiance and location. We had the salmon Florentine and mahi sandwich. Everything was super fresh and delicious. Had the lobster bisque and clam chowder and both were outstanding!

DONT EAT HERE. We ordered four broiled lobsters to pickup. They were unevenly cooked because the sizes varied (someone in the kitchen was asleep at the wheel)and one even totally lacked its tail meat! We called to speak with the manager the next day but NEVER received a call back. Clearly poorly managed operation.

Hands-down favorite Siesta Village restaurant. The lobster bisque is to die for. Salmon Monte Carlo is savory beyond belief. Happy staff with low turnover. Best place for a healthy fish dinner cooked the way you want it, also best deal anywhere for a cooked lobster. Warm cornbread gratis. Most reasonable prices on island by a mile.

The chefs here really know their stuff. The house special, lobster duchess is world class. It’s a large portion so can be split by two people. Add appetizers (fiery scallops, lobster bisque) and it’s a really fine meal. Servers are sweet and there’s cool artifacts and decor to walk around and see.

This was a tasty place but a bit overpriced for what you get. The lobster was good- but not worth the price tag imho. I think it kind of lacked flavor. If you don't mind spending a lot of money then it's alright. I think in retrospect I would have gone elsewhere with my but sometimes you have to try a thing before you know. So you try it and make up your own mind, that's just my experience.

Good New England style seafood. Several Lobster and shrimp dishes. The lobster bisque and Portuguese soup were very good as starters. Nice wine list including a few special offerings from Portugal.
