This is a chronically under staffed business. They often don't have many of the ingredients Moe's advertises, and they insist on charging full price for meals that have many ordinary ingredients missing. It's just a very poorly run location.

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to! Horrible service and the place looks like it’s never been cleaned. Went in Friday and was told it would be half an hour for rice? Went back the next day and same thing?

I just started to come into moes to make my day better, great environment, great people, great service, and even better… great food. I recommend Moes to anyone looking for either quick food or just a place to have a sit down dinner to enjoy the amazing environment and experience.Dietary restrictions: Moes offers all type of food made right in front of you, so you know exactly what is going into your food.

I haven’t eaten here in 7 years. I really just come in to chill. One time I was behind on a 12 page essay for school, the workers hopped in to help and wrote the entire essay for me (I got a 100). Fondest memories here, love it

Usually really good but dropped the ball today, forgot the queso that was paid for, my stack wasn't wrapped and threw in the bag carelessly, barely any chips, most of the sodas were gone, and app not working to get 1/2 off on moes monday ... very disappointing

Used to love coming here, especially on Moe Mondays. But no longer. Line was almost out the door. Food items were scarce. Attitudes on staff were sad. They all seemed like they didn't want to be there. Very slow and unorganized. It looked like management had left staff on their own on a very busy Monday. Salsa was almost empty. The store was dirty. Food did taste good once we got it, but it took a while.

They ran out of adobo chicken and we waited 20 minutes thinking they were making more. The nice woman told us she would let us know when it was ready but no one bothered to make it or check on it even when there were no customers or orders waiting. The food I got was good but they don’t seem to care about keeping their food replenished

Ordered online a burrito which had chips and salsa that came with. The box was checked on the order slip as well to include chips, so I decided to order queso to go with the chips. Who would put a massive bowl of queso in with a burrito without the chips? And those of you who don’t know, nearly ever meal sold at Moe’s comes with chips, so that’s just disappointing. The “homewrecker” burrito was pretty good though lol

Price for a meal has reached $20+ if you don't plan on spending $20 for a single meal don't go here. Quality of food has also PLUMMETED.

Horrible customer service...forced to order on app..that was not working.Then worker hung up in my face...on top of that, I have to pay extra to order a steak burrito online.. HORRIBLE SERVICE...

Very sad experience. Very dirty place starting with the food line , soda machine, salsa bar.AC connection don’t work omg very unhappy customer. I don’t know ?‍♀️ what happened with Moe’s . Only one employee tried to do everything and forgot to chance the gloves no good. I wasting my money coming her.

THIS MOES WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT RETURN IT TO YOU. Let me explain. I ordered my food at 9:20pm online. When I went to pick it up at about 9:35 (they close at 10) this kid named JUSTIN who was vaping where customers could see and playing super loud inappropriate music had took it upon himself to turn the ovens off and tell me that he just got my order and the ovens were turned off when I had proof that I had ordered it at 9:20. He then told me that SIERRA, the manager would deal with it tomorrow. I went there, some ladies told me that they are not supposed to shut the ovens off until 10pm. They also told me that the manager will call me to issue me a refund so I didn't have to drive back, she didn't. Thanks Justin for paying more attention to vaping than your job and trying to go home early and thanks Sierra for being a negligent manager. Most importantly thank you to MOES FOR STEALING MY MONEY WHICH I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED FOR.
