Just visited their new location (by Trader's Joe); greeted by staff members as I walked in. Great atmosphere, spacious and clean; always appreciate free samples - they had quite a few - Bonus points!!!!I was craving Mango and Coconut gelato; unfortunately, it was not on the display. As I was browsing... I really didn't want anything else. As I was about to leave... Eddie started a conversation with me where I shared that I came in for Mango and Coconut gelato inquiring if they carry it at this location (I've been to all locations - Fort Myers, Estero, Naples).Eddie asked me to hold on, went in the back and brought Mango and Coconut gelato. Exceptional service. Thank you Eddie... that definitely hit the spot... served the craving... and made my day!!!

I didn't know this place existed nearby the mall. I'm glad they're moving to a better location (by Trader Joe's) because they'd surely get the business if more people knew about them. I was fortunate to buy some chocolates and snag cake for a birthday before their upcoming move. I bought a chocolate-chocolate cake and also tried their raspberry chocolate cake. The cakes are pricey. Yet, delicious and the quality is worth paying extra. Great customer service too!

Thy have some specialty sandwiches, cakes and macarons. The store is located in the UTC mall area and parking close is difficult so you may have to walk but these is lots of parking areas. Try the Peanut Butter and Jelly truffle.

I loved coming here. We came in for the first time and the man up front was very nice. He explained what was on sale and his favorites. He let us have a sample and explained what was inside. Everything was very clean and organized and beautiful. The chelates we picked out were amazing as well!We will be coming back for Valentine’s Day for sure!
