Beautiful bakery. We're from Chicago and the sweet canolli cream was authentic and tasted like home. If you want authentic Italian bakery goods or Stromboli or Lasagna, check it out because you will LOVE it. The girls behind the counter are very pleasant and helpful also. Belissimo ❤️

Referred to come here by a seasoned snow bird and boy, was he right. The Napoleon is unmatched to any other I have had before. The creme puff and dumb bells, also amazing. A true classic, throwback Italian bakery that is not often found these days. Highly recommend.

We've only been to the bakery twice but the quality of the customer service was exceptional both times. The Clerks were helpful, patient, and friendly. By far, our favorite item is the Lobster Tails. If I could keep them from getting soggy, I'd buy them by the dozen but since I can't, we will be stopping by Paesano's Bakery anytime we are in the Sarasota area. BTW, the apple strudel is delicious, and so too is the long John donut with custard filling. Lastly, be advised that you have to go early to get a calzone because they sell out FAST! We were there around 12noon both times and the calzones were already gone. We plan to get a lobster tail every time we visit, plus try out various other menu items and just work our way through the various offerings. YUM!Parking: There is enough parking, but the spots are tight and not exactly plentiful. However, given the delicious treats that await you if you are patient, it is well worth a few more minutes of your time.

Moved to Florida,Tampa area, from Rhode Island about a year. Now Rhode Island has some of the best Italian restaurants and bakeries in the country, especially on Federal Hill. We had been trying to find a bakery with "real" Zepollas, not the little balls of fried dough. Well turns out Paisano's is owed by a Rhode Islander and has real Zepollas. Also has pizza strip and spinach pies! All delicious. Wish they would open up shop around Apollo Beach!

Everything they make is absolutely fantastic! My wife and I love the Pizza Strips and The Cream Puffs. It's all really fantastic! The women servers are all great friendly and damn good they really make you feel great! The ambiance is very friendly and enjoyable. You will love this place and become a regular just like my wife Mary and me!

I've been here 3 times, & I just love it. I've gotten the pizza slices, which is so good. I've tried canoli, red velvet, & a bunch of other desserts that have been great! All of the people that have helped are very nice, & informative as I always have questions,& it's never a bother to them. I drive from Bradenton, & it's well worth the drive & treat!
