We got here at 4:00 pm on a Friday. Jesse at the register was great, smart and witty. Had good laughs with him. Abraham the manager was sweeping the floors showing the young people good ethics. I had the Mongolian Steak with fried rice and it was hot and fresh and tasted great. My wife had the Honey seared Chicken with brown rice and she said it was fabulous. The place was clean and had a good vibe. Will I go back? Heck yea it was great overall. Hi Evie

Food served in plastic takeout containers, tables were sticky and wet, service was terrible had people working that didn't know anything about the food. Disgusting presentation subpar flavor. I remember when Pei Wei was one of my favorite places to eat. Definitely not going back again.

My meal yesterday was fantastic!!! The green beans were so good and full of flavor (might be my #1 shareable). Chicken lettuce wraps on point as was the Firecracker chicken!!! And to boot all the sauces I requested made it in the order!!! Thanks Pei Wei for packing my meal correctly and to Uber Eats getting it here piping hot!!!

Da heck happened to this place ? ? ?Firstly, no longer offering sushi bowl.Naughty, shame. ?Bland/Fowl/ dare I say edge of putrid entrees ?Teriyaki could not mask fowl odorous (probably past expired) shrimpLo mein was ferking smooshy spaghetti ?Under cooked Veg in classic stir fried rice entre-- y'all don't know to blanch peas and carrots ?Black and Nasty egg rolls - change the fryers man.... ?Better send your cooks through trainingManager tried to make amends on entree's by swapping -- but we got trash instead of rubbish; and he admitted they were changing the lo-mein (due to common complaints), why still serving the old garbage.....bad form!!

Not one of favorite restaurants in this area and we have tried it a few times to give them a chance to change our minds. Pot stickers were cold and very unappealing. I wish they would start over and redo their menu and training of staff.
The honey chicken is excellent, also had egg roll with chicken, it was made fresh as I watched them make it, The service I received was just as great as the food, Jessie whom took care of my order was so accommodating and friendly as I had a few requests for extras. It was 8:45 when I placed my order and they close at 9pm but everyone was still ready to take care of me. I did not eat as in the restaurant as they where closing in a few minutes but from what I saw It was nice and appealing to the eye, nice ambiance. Will definitely be going back. Also say hi to Jessie he's is a nice guy and seems to really care about the customer. Also don't forget your fortune cookie !

Just did a pick up an online order of 2 Thai Coconut Curry Chicken entrees, a Chicken Lettuce Wraps dish, and a wonton soup. Got it home and the Coconut Curry entree was 90% rice. Ordered extra sauce for my lettuce wraps - no sauce, which I paid for. Not happy with this place. Won't ever go back there again.

I highly recommend Pei Wei Asian Kitchen to vegetarians and vegans! You can get any of their entrees made with tofu instead of meat. As a vegetarian myself, I thought that was awesome.I got the tofu teriyaki and considering this is a fast casual restaurant, it was pretty good! I did not like the veggie spring roll, though.The service was fast and the food came quickly. You order at the front and they bring it to your table within a few minutes. This was perfect because we all arrived hungry. It's not a gourmet restaurant, but the food is pretty decent and it doesn't break the bank. I'd definitely come back and recommend it to a friend.

Bathroom filthy. Need to take more care in cleaning. Food was delivered in Togo boxes when I was specific to its being dine in. Soup was Luke warm. Packets for spicy sauce for wontons are impossible to open. Even with teeth. I will return but use questionable judgements.

First time eating and terrible experience. Food was not fresh and chicken tasted like it was sitting there forever as it was soggy and not crispy. Eggrolls were terrible and soggy as well. Employees were not friendly and did not speak English. Later thar night my husband got sick and was throwing up. We will never go there
