Order large pan and a 2 litter bottle of Pepsi . Driver didnot bring pepsi so I told him to take it back. He said it was not on the order so I showed him text with my order !!And What do you think was on the order a 2 litter bottle if pepsi So much for your 8.00 tip. What a joke . They want tips and add ridiculous fees and cant even complete a easy order. Dont waste your time !!!

Horrible.One rep there is fine but he's not always there. And even then there's corporate policy...It is horrible- both food and personnel.People need to stop ordering take out! For what you spend at these places you could be eating beef tenderloins/ filet mignons from Publix.Buy pizzas at the store. Cook at home!Just go to the store.Stop giving your money to these places.Yes you're giving it to them bc you're getting nothing in return.I do not recommend the selected pizza or the other. No recommendations.

I have ordered before from this location with a few issues but nothing major. Ordered last night and it was horrible. Doordash only delivered half of my order, and wanted me to pay cash even though I had paid via CC (Thankfully I didn't fall for that one.) I could not get through to anyone at the restaurant or DD. Finally reached someone at a Pizza Hut call center that said she would resend the missing items. Second DD dasher who I tipped again as I felt sorry for him having to correct someone else's mistakes, and was still missing 1 of the major components of the order. So called again - reached call center again (not the restaurant) - finally got someone to refund me the 20 ish dollars - we will see if it get credited back. All this took around 2.5 to 3 hours.

The app to order was a little tricky. Our pizza arrived half pepperoni and half cheese. We wanted a pepperoni pizza. Cinnamon buns were awesome. Our Buffalo Tenders were lousy. They sucked. Don't order them. If you do, remember you have to pay 75 cents to get blue cheese dip.The delivery driver was awesome. The food was hot and came quickly.Pizza was good too.

I would give zero stars if I could. I love Pizza Hut food, but the customer service at this store is as awful as it gets. I was waiting curbside since I had my two children in the car and wasn’t able to go inside the store for pick up. I had called the store multiple times with no answer, it finally took over 10 minutes for an employee to come outside to tell me that my order had to be remade for whatever reason he didn’t tell me, I had asked if I could have a refund for the inconvenience Which the employee did for me and then also told me that my food would be out. 40 minutes goes by my two children freaking out by this point so I go inside the same employee comes up to the counter, not even saying anything, just staring at me. I asked where my food was and he tried putting words in my mouth saying I said “it was all good” after being told it was being remade indicating that I no longer wanted my order which I never once said in any term. Very disappointing store needs to be restaffed

The manager Jacob tried to give me a burnt pizza. He overcooked it and said this is the best that he can do. The problem is Jacob just doesn't care. If you want a pizza go somewhere else.
