The bartenders here took 20% gratuity off my card multiple times in one night. When I decided to not to give additional tips, one (botched lips, asian looking) bartender refused to continue servicing us and called security to escort us out. She also made a comment about us not being able to afford to go out to a bar and drink. This felt racially motivated considering we had just gotten there AND they had never just taken their own tips prior. We have been to this bar 4 weekends in a row and never had issues until we ran into this racist bartender. Joe's won't get another DIME out of me especially since they have to steal tips.

This is a bar only no food served. There is a pool table in the back as well. The only complaint I have is no live music which is mostly the reason I end up at a bar. It gets busy often late night here and the crowd of people changes. They have a nice area to sit outside which is where I like to be. Big screen TVs playing music videos and smaller tvs playing sports. I give it four stars because it is just a place to drink no food no live music.

Was told all wine was included in happy hour by the server, to find out the one I ordered wasn’t. The staff said oh well we already poured the wine so there’s nothing we can do about it. The staff didn’t do anything to help solve the problem they created and they treated me like it was my mistake. I have worked in the service industry for years and this is a great way to lose a customer base. Needless to say I will never be going back here and the friends I was with feel the same.
