I wish I could give this a 0 star rating. After tonight I will NOT EVER be returning to this smoothie king location again, besides to speak to the manager about this situation. I ordered 2 smoothies on 4-7-24 at 7:20 Pm on the app. I arrived at the location at 7:27 PM to find out the door was locked. The young kid finally opened the door after 4 minutes and proceeded to tell me that they were closing early. I asked why and he told me that "his manger gave him permission too". He then closed the door on my face and said "I am off the clock" . Meanwhile it is only 7:30? I find it very funny a corporation makes you clock out to "close" the store down. I am a very unhappy customer. I never received my order but yet still have been charged. He told me I was able to refund on the app. As I am quite aware you are not able too. The whole situation was very suspicious .

I’m sorry I don’t wanna give y’all 2 stars but I’ve been on a binge drinking the banana boat from here and it taste amazing but these two girls that have been here for the past like 2 or 3 nights have been awful like. I just came in and they both were in the back and it took them a minute to come take my order. And when I leave I’ll say have a good day and they just put down my drink and walk away and don’t say nothing back I don’t ever complain like this but for three days in a row I think it’s ridiculous. There was one night where i came in and got a drink with my boyfriend and the mood was as off the moment I stepped foot in there and when this younger customer came in it’s like their mood changed with her but not with us.

My boyfriend and i decided to try this one out because we go very often and had a bad experience at another one. we enjoyed this one very much! Ruby was a very kind and sweet worker! she made the best açaí bowl i've ever had!!! best smoothie kind in town hands down!!

If you’re desperate for acai you can stop here. Pittaya is not fresh, pumped in from a bottle. It tastes the equivalent of a generic frozen margarita machine. Fruit is not freshly sliced.

Order a smoothie and get blended almond milk with protein. Literally not a smoothie. Straight liquid. 2 young girls with brownish blonde hair in their cussing, just totally unprofessional. Asked for 20oz but charged for 32oz. Last time going going here.

Yummy smoothies great staff .. wide range of snacks and protein powdery stuff…they even have cookies!I go here all the time for the 32 ounce nutty super grain with extra peanut butter it’s to die for!Oh and the staff is super kind great customer service.

Great place! See some negative reviews but people like to complain for no reason! Very nice and friendly, was welcomed and received great customer service! Couldn’t ask for a better smoothie king experience!

Worse customer service. Literally walked up to the window two young girls told me they couldn’t help me cause they were not helping walk up customers cause they shutdown their walk up register and they are only doing drive through orders. This is the problem when you have two teenage kids represent your company and are lazy and can’t walk 4 feet to us the register. Terrible and unacceptable customer service.

The location was the worst I've been to. It smelled like sour fruit and dirty mop water. While I was ordering sugar ants crawled on my hand... I noticed the counter was riddled with sugar ants. They gave me my smoothie, I left and found ant squished in the top. I threw out my smoothie.Update: Round #2I ordered a 20oz high coffee protein, no Almonds or almond milk. I had a rewards coupon for $5 on the app and my credit card synced. The young male associate said "It didn't take your coupon". I showed him the app showing the coupon and he repeated himself saying there was nothing he could do. My response, "I'm not paying $10 for a 20oz smoothie". He said you can speak with my manager.The manager came out, no smile, no "How can I help you? Just a inconvenienced look and energy. I showed her my coupon. She said, "That's for the 20oz". My response, "I ordered a 20oz. He probably didn't hear me." "Do you have your credit card?" "No I gave it to my daughter for her trip."She then proceeded with the transaction and began handing me money, No response or explanation. My response, "I prefer to not have cash". "Mam, no need to be rude". My response, "I'm not being rude. Neither you or him apologized and are coming across rude". She left and began supporting the staff making smoothies. I had to request for my receipt of purchase and she gave me to original one folded next to the register and walked away. As I wait for my smoothie, I hear the young man thank the customer ahead of me and told them to have a nice day. When I received my smoothie he said, "Here you go". The manager noticed my reaction and chimed in to say, "Have a nice day".I am a loyal smoothie king customer and buy often. This experience was atrocious.With inflation, I can be selective on where and when I spend my money. I've was hospitality for years. If a guests had a problem with an order, management is supposed to access and adjust the energy of the experience. She did not do that until trying a hail Mary at the end. The young man needs to be trained on how to handle errors on the register with orders. Smoothies are a high volume, fast pace business model with little interaction with the guest. This shouldn't of happened. Ive purchased at this location 3x in 30 days and will not be returning to this Smoothie King location. I doubt my efforts in writing a detailed feedback response will go anywhere.

Online / app ordering is easy, orders ready to pick up when you get in. The staff is friendly and with the rewards app, I've already received rewards!
