3 stars because i don’t want anyone to reach out and i’m not trying to be insulting. i had the cheesesteak and fries, both were super bland (no seasoning) and the fries were still cold inside but molten hot to touch. definitely frozen. could have been an off day. ??♂️

This place leaves MUCH to be desired. My cheesesteak was ok, but nothing special. The fries were terrible... tasted to me like they were cooked in old oil. They messed up my wife's order, and then it took forever for them to get her the replacement order. By the time hers arrived, I was already long-since finished mine. Worse yet, I saw a few other people in the time we were there have to get orders replaced. Then, to add insult to injury, they added a credit card surcharge to the check. I'll take a hard pass in the future.

Food was good, but greasy. Management also should reconsider some add-on prices. 2.25$ for added mushrooms to a Philly is ridiculous. 3.25 for a sweet tea is is also a little excessive. My sandwich was 8.99. The fact that added mushrooms and a drink costed over half the price of the sandwich is a little disappointing.Parking: Plan on paying the city of Sarasota to park to eat here.

Restaurant had previously provided me a coupon, with no expiration date, "Your Next Meal Is On Us." Came in to use it today, waiter took my order and then came back and said he was told they're no longer accepting them. Not even 6 months old.

Tasteless, fatty meat and unmanageably messy. Half cold cheesesteak with soggy bread. Definitely nothing close to a real Philly cheesesteak. This place is on its way to becoming famous for all the wrong reasons

The first time dining in, the cheesesteak's were amazing. Going back a week later was a whole different experience... cheesesteaks were cold, and the chili cheese dog was inedible and on par with 7 11 but worse because it was almost 10 bucks. Waitress saw one bit taken and didn't ask if anything was wrong with it. Instead, just left the bill. I don't know why the big change in only a weeks time.

Food is really good to be honest But after you enjoy, you learn about a random 5% surcharge on your bill and 3.5% cc fee. Seriously. This is bad business. Nickel and diming people is not good for business. Won't be going back.

Honestly the food was decent but the pricing WOW. 50 dollars for my girlfriend and I. We had fried pickles, she had a HOTDOG, and I had a chicken chessesteak. Her sprite was 4 dollars and I had a water. Plus it wasnt boujie at all it was a shack. As I said before the food wasn't bad but they need to work on the pricing because just for that we won't be back.

When most of the low star reviews are all correct.BUT not my business ANYWAYS I was so excited when they opened to only be completely disappointed all 3 times I went.Everytime i go its such a long wait for some as simple as a philly cheese steak and when I get my order it's WRONG ?The Philly cheese steak is bland and very salty. Tried the chicken Philly and it was OK. they charge extra for liturally everything. Came out wrong twice and still had to pay full price for something I didn't want and have to rush because I had to get back to work.I would pay good money for good food but this place is overpriced and underwhelming in taste and service time.

Go down the road to Mikes. This place wanted $25 for one average sized sandwich and coke with pre frozen fries. A real steak does not cost this much. Very disappointed. Wont return.
They gave me a $5 off coupon for a Philly cheese steak sandwich and then deleted the french fries and charged me 4.75 to add them back on. Rip off. I did not take the deal but I bet the sandwich is smaller too

Ordered a steak n cheese with mushrooms only n tater tots. 1st sandwich came out with fries, peppers and onions, no mushrooms.I took it up to the counter, reiterated cheese n mushrooms only, came out with onions and the waitress told me I asked for everything but green peppers.Told her I didn't want another sandwich, do not charge me for anything and sat there as my lunch mates ate their correctly prepared order.No apologies, some man with long white hair that was not tied back and no hat was standing around where the food is cooked and prepared.

Terrible. Beef itself was good. Roll was terrible. Cheese wiz very salty. Need to get them rolls from Philly, if your going to do a proper cheesesteak. White cheese wiz is also better than the orange. Will not be back. Not worth trying to find a place to park downtown for this.

We had been anticipating this restaurant opening. We were downtown last Monday and thought we would give them a try. An empty restaurant on a Monday in Sarasota is not a good sign. The food was very average to say the least and on the expensive side for little half sandwiches, a Philly with peppers and onions and a chicken Philly. The onion rings were on the overcooked side. My other half said the sweet potato fries were tasteless. I could possibly give them a second shot except for the surcharge to use my credit card. Won’t be back.

I've eaten here twice now the first time it was one of the best Philly cheese sticks I've ever had. That was about 2 weeks ago just after they opened. I went there recently and had a completely different experience. The sub tasted completely differently like it was a whole different business. I'll be back maybe it was just a fluke because of the hurricane.
