very quick visit when i went thru the drive thru. Would have been great but the young girl was extremely unpleasant, seemed rushed, and overall was just miserable. Didnt even tell us to have a great day or welcome us at the window. While taking my order she was very hostile and was rude when we asked a question about something.

This one is incredibly busy. Due to that, it's chaotic and disorganized. The drive thru is backed up, inside the store they're backed up. It takes 10 minutes before they take your order. They have plenty of staff, but haven't wrangled it in yet.

I’m leaving this review specifically to highlight an employee, I believe her name is Mischa (I hope I spelled it right!). While I was waiting for my mobile order, I noticed she was trying to accommodate a customer that became extremely rude and aggressive. Throughout the whole exchange, Mischa was so polite and patient and I think her professionalism should be recognized.

Loudest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Hard to work here when it sounds like they’re using heavy machinery or something. Also, clean your floors. I’ve been here 2 hours and there’s sand visibly covering half the floor.
