I have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere here. The Mimosas are diverse, delicious, and pair well with everything on the menu. I especially like the Eggs Benedict. When weather permits it's very nice to sit in the outdoor patio area while enjoying your meal. The service has always been professional, friendly, and focused on customer satisfaction, which I appreciate.During busy times, the parking situation can be a challenge, so best to plan your breakfast or lunch accordingly.When in town I always look forward to visiting this restaurant because I've never been disappointed.

Wonderful environment and very friendly staff. The bathrooms are very clean and the food was absolutely awesome!. Our waitress was extremely attentive, punctual and very friendly. Younger blonde girl with glasses. We had cheesy grits with chorizo sausage and biscuits. My friend had the omelette with spinach. It was just enough. Good portions for the money, and we will be back soon!!!

Great brunch spot with lots of mimosa flavor options, breakfast food is exceptional. We ordered the Crabby Patty (crab cake breakfast with sauteed spinach) and the Steak & Eggs. For breakfast food especially, it was very flavorful with savory sauces.The atmosphere was nice, it was crowded but no wait time for indoor seating. Even the toast was nice- I got the cinnamon raisin with strawberry jam. Great quality breakfast food at low cost!

Waffles are amazing, everyone should try them at least once! Huevos Gringos are also delicious. Would be nice if there were a few more vegetarian options. The espresso drinks could use some work, not sure if it was instant, but there was a bitterness to the cappuccino. Hash browns are not the best and fresh cut potatoes would be better.Vegetarian options: Need a few more options or ways to substitute more easily

How does flour over come the taste of bacon I do not know. How do biscuits and gravy taste like paper machete I do not know. The food is mediocre this place is only around because the regulars love the staff NOT BECAUSE OF THE FOOD. IM FULL which is a plus but I will remember this place. One of the worst pancakes I have ever had I love eating flour lolI would drink the biscuit in gravy gravy put that in my coffee glass rather then the watered down caffeine I got.Come if you want to grab a coffee and sit avoid if you want to eat good breakfast.

I came here while visiting Sarasota, and they are pet friendly so I was able to enjoy breakfast with my lab with me. I ordered the Avocado toast with salmon and it was AMAZING. I attached a picture below. 10/10 recommend!

The waffles with sausage provided a tasty start, and the steak and eggs, though in a small portion, impressed with both presentation and flavor. The egg and hash dish, ordered by my girlfriend, boasted a good portion size and appealing presentation. Overall, Station 400 delivered a great breakfast experience. Don't miss out on the truffle fries – crunchy and delicious, they added an extra layer of delight to our breakfast at Station 400.
