Awesome ice cream and great theatre for the kids. The employees are young and it’s obvious they do not want to be working, could do with smiling a bit more! That would make the atmosphere a lotbetter! ?

Love to make a stop here on vacation with my son.

VERY nice place to go while visiting. Sweets Everywhere! After that, a good walk and enjoy the surroundings!

A cool experience to watch them make the ice cream but I prefer the taste of traditional ice cream. It was definitely fun to watch and nice to try something unique

I was trying to get ice cream at 8:45 when they said they weren’t taking anyone else. They said they close at 9.

I think this would be a great place to take kids--sundaes are super fun, colorful, and full of toppings. Also a sweet spot for instagrammable ice cream concoctions, especially if a spiked dessert is up your alley. The ice cream was a little rich for my taste, but tasty nonetheless! A simple regular size was too much for me to finish in one sitting, and I will usually inhale ice cream. Overall, would recommend for a kitschy & unique ice cream experience.

Great ice cream place. Really fun to watch the dishes be made and delicious mix ins as well! Large group so we tried many different mixtures. Don't shy away from the vegan options- Was very impressed with the vegan peppermint option!

If you are lactose intolerant (no dairy), then sub-zero is THE place. Shakes, ice cream cones, hot fudge sundaes, etc, can be made dairy-free.
Choose your flavor, choose you mix-in, choose your type of cream. They mix it in a metal bowl and then freeze it with Nitrogen. Reminded me of Mr. Freeze. The ice cream is hard and put it in a cone or cup. Very tasty and fun!

I still have no idea what nitrogen ice cream is, but I thoroughly enjoyed my waffle cone with salted caramel and walnuts ice cream on my walk home. Definitely worth giving a try - I ate my whole scoop and cone - which I have never done in all my 50 yrs.

Being a Vegan can present a challenge when it comes to non-dairy ice cream. But Sub Zero Ice Cream really comes through. They have dairy and non-dairy (Ripple non-dairy with pea protein) both. And they can mix in multiple add-in options. Would highly recommend!!

So yummy and so COOl to watch them make your ice cream right in front of you. They start with a dairy or dairy free base (liquid) add the toppings and then mix it with liquid nitrogen to make ice cream. The flavor for the dairy and vegan options were equitable and both very delicious. Would highly recommend! My boys loved seeing their ice cream being made with the liquid nitrogen.

The owner was pleasant, all the flavors we tried were delicious, and you get to watch your flavorings turn into an ice cream in a large puff of nitrogen smoke.
