Subway located in Plaza with Captain Brian's. The ingredients did not look fresh. The restaurant was dirty and bathrooms were very dirty. There was trash on the ground a mold ring in the urinal. We were told at 10:30 we were the second guests of the day. I would have assumed that the place would have been cleaner.

I ordered 4 dozen cookies online. I waited till the web site said my order was done. Then added 10 more min and came to the store for pickup. My order was not ready and I also got a lot of attitude from the one person working in the store.

I was here yesterday for 3 and a half hours working on an essay for college, and it genuinely was such a wonderful experience. With an amazing sandwich made by Chris, in a clean environment with minimal noisieness which often follows "fast food" restaurants, and just a generally excellent atmosphere. Every guest that came in Chris was greeting them, having casual conversation as the sandwiches were made, and each guest walked away with a smile. I will be back, this experience was amazing.

Off of a highway but overall a very quiet spot with an AMAZING coffee shop next to it. The worker I believe is the lead shift manager a guy, was quite rude he questioned me multiple times about my ESA dog then gave a disgusting look. Another time I went a new young girl was starting, looked like it was her first job and he criticized her with sweeping the floors and stood there crossing his arms while watching her sweep. I am just a customer but I think that was extremely wrong. And I probably will not return after seeing that. The food was decent it's subway, you can never go wrong with a subway sandwich I just think there needs a change in management.

I am so sick of the ignorance at this subway. They never make my sandwich right and always always leaves cheese off! Why? How hard Is it to make a sub? Let’s not answer this as their ignorance shows. Can’t even answer the phone correct or speak English. Just Go down the road to other subway. Owner don’t care and just blows it off by saying sorry. Sorry only counts in horse shoes……. How about a free sub since I have spent thousands here and you know I have, as I frequent this place and have my own business. People-Take your business elsewhere. Employees can’t “comprehend” on how to make a sub. Lazy! Pretty simple to me.

I understand if you have a thick accent, and that you're trying to relay message or ask me questions about my order... But if your accent is so thick that I cannot understand what you're saying, do not retort back, "What's the matter with you I speak English". At least that's what I THINK the lady said despite her efforts with the English language, I cannot fully interpret through her accent and I am sorry for that. But don't show me attitude because I am asking what you said politely... Won't be coming back, I don't need to put up with that...

It is a family operated business and they are friendly, personable and helpful. The fountain drinks are refillable, and the place is always clean, no matter what time you enter.Parking: Two ways to enter, I always choose the one further away and park close. No issues, no worries.

Ordered from here several times. No matter how long I wait to pick up my food is never ready - I’m always waiting for them to make it. The last two sandhwiches I’ve gotten they have put SO much Mayo on then I’ve had to throw them out because they’re inedible and quit literally swimming in mayonasie. The list time I told him that was enough mayonasie and he continued to add more. I’ve ordered a pizza and it came burnt with no cheese. Disappointment seeing as they are always slow and it’s close to my house. I don’t understand. Wasted Atleast $30 over several attempts to get a simple sandwhich to no avail. Save your money and go further down the street elsewhere.

Really hate the new signs that they have on the fold up a glass because it doesn't let you see what's available for vegetables very easily and it's annoying. Especially combined with the fact that the same sign is hanging from the ceiling in 20 places it's Overkill in the extreme. That aside, the food is always good. I've been a couple of times since my arrival and the sandwiches are always well made to order with fresh ingredients. Very tasty.I had a couple of cookies, the chocolate chip and a macadamia nut and they were both delicious although a little sweeter than what I usually like. They go great with a cup of coffee but not so good with the sandwich. The young lady fixing the sandwiches was very efficient and attentive. She was also quite engaging conversationally. Looking forward to going back soon.Vegetarian options: If you can see around the obnoxiously large signs that block you from seeing all of the food choices there are plenty of vegetarian options available. They have salads also from any sandwich that you could choose from they just dropped the bread and chop it there.Parking: Parking can be a little challenging as can getting in and out of the parking lot depending on how heavy the traffic on the street is and whether there's anyone trying to go the other way. The parking lot is kind of a strange compacted shape adjacent to the bakery and coffee shop. Good luck!
