After our drive thru order I frantically searched for my debit card while at the window. I was asked to move my car forward. I parked in the spot just ahead & kept searching. After about 10 minutes it dawned on me to use Google Pay. I drove around & got back in the drive thru line. It was very cold out this evening & I had a bad cold & cough. The employee at the window told me I would have to come inside. I said I couldn't & he waved at me in a very condescending manner & said, "bye bye". How extremely rude!
I use to think that bad service was for take out locations in South Sarasota County only. However, that was until we stopped here for dinner two weeks ago. We walked in, placed our order on the kiosk, and had a seat. There were 3 gentlemen attempting to use the kiosk but they ended up waiting for someone to take their order at the counter instead. They finally got their orders in 5 minutes after we placed ours when the manager finally walked from the back to take it. We sat waiting, as we watched several vehicles pull into drive thru, place and receive their orders and leave, while we were still waiting. The three gentleman also swiftly got their orders and left. Finally, after 15 cars and several people being served later, another couple in the restaurant that was finished eating by this point, walked up to us and asked if were just hanging out or if we were seriously still waiting for our food. This prompted my hubs to walk up to the counter, wait for someone to even acknowledge him. When the very unprofessional employee approached him, he had asked if they were just taking care of drive thru. She very rudely responded to him that they were waiting for our fries. *Yes, we ordered our tacos with fries in them* The couple left us, we wished them well and continued waiting for about 5 more minutes. Our food was not even hot after waiting 30 minutes for our order that literally consisted of 6 soft tacos and two drinks (especially the fries that were supposedly holding up our order). No one even handed us cups until we got our food. Very terrible quality food. Horrid customer service. Filthy location. I don't think the manager cares much as he didn't even come forward when we were inquiring about our food. He seems to be an empty suit. Based on the other reviews, apparently we aren't the only ones to have had this horrid experience.

Doesn't matter what time I snag.my late night cravings or rush hour snacks.. this is the best crew on the gulf coast! Always best service smiles and I feel like it's a trap compared to other locations, these guys and girls are coming for that number one spot!! I drive past two tbells just for the fresh food and clean atmosphere.Vegetarian options: The veggie burrito is my go to.. and I'm not vegetarian. It's just the best thing on the menu next to spicy potato taco which is my number one ?
