I ordered at the wrong location so i called to cancel and get refunded. The lady over the phone proceeded to tell me she didnt know how and there was no manager on duty. She gave me the number to her manager and said i could call them if id like. Is responded “since its your manager cant you call and have him show you how to void the order? Then call me when done?” No call back. I call the day after with the same response over the phone, “no manager, and i dont know how, heres the number to our manager”Im honestly baffled. As somebody that works in the service industry, you can simply just get a code to void the order. And if not, there should be a manager on duty. It shouldnt take 5 buisness days for me to get ahold of somebody that knows how to refund an order that was never even picked up. Has gone on for two days now Tommorow being the third. Its extremely frustrating, and i expect compensation.

My friend and I ordered smoothies but were shocked at how a fruit smoothie could be over 400 calories. While waiting I looked at the nutrition information on the website and saw that with Splenda it decreases the calories by half. They confirmed when asked that they add sugar to the smoothie (literally defeats the purpose of having a smoothie). Who adds 200 calories worth of sugar to a smoothie? This is insane.

These are the most watered down tasteless smoothies I’ve ever had! Go to smoothie king where they actually put ingredients in their smoothies instead of mostly ice and water.

The people were very nice. I ordered a strawberry, banana, mango smoothie with no added sugar. The drink tasted like ice with a tiny bit of fruit flavor. When I order this at smoothie king, it is delicious; you can really taste all of the fruit.

Not for the first time, I waited forever at the drive through order station. I was told they would be right back, and 10 minutes later I gave up and drove off. They are clearly understaffed. I will NOT be back.
Great flavors and best to visit an hour before closing or you will be cleaned around. Friendly service and always a fan favorite.

I love the veggie wrap, so good! I love the seating and how spacious it is, clean bathroom too. It would be great if you had brewed iced tea or a flavored fizzy water. The survey was very difficult to fill out so I didn't. Nice girl offered ice to me bc my water wasn't cold, very sweet.

The wraps here used to be so good, but whoever is making them recently needs to be fired. I order a wrap and it comes with missing ingredients or it’s just 99% lettuce!!! The portions are so off and it’s so sloppily made. Like seriously if i wanted a whole head of lettuce on a tortilla id made it myself.

Very clean and and vibrant design. The staff is friendly and provide prompt service. Location has a drive through which is super convenient for guests. The food and smoothies are consistent and absolutely tasty! I had the chicken pesto and island punch smoothie. We will be back.
