Thankfully I’m not a local because I would be here multiple times a week. I love the atmosphere out on the back deck. It’s beautiful and the place was packed but regardless the service was fast and friendly. The food was amazing and the mixed drinks are dreamy. The prices are surprisingly reasonable for the large portions of wonderfully fresh seafood. You get bread at the start of the meal as well. I could eat here every day.Parking: Large parking lot with plenty of parking.

Very poor service. Ordered to go and 25 minutes after I was to pick it up, I was told that there was no order to go. I had already paid for it. Too busy a place to deal with anything other than people who sit down. Stay away from the to go route

The atmosphere on the patio is delightful and we anticipated an enjoyable drink and dinner. 15 minutes in and no one had taken our drink or dinner order so we left; on the way out the hostess smiled graciously and bade us a good day - we told her we hadn’t been served and were very dissatisfied with the service. Went next door to the Turtle Beach Grill.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Turtles on The Bay, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, complemented by stunning views of the bay.**Scallops and Steak Dish:**The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the scallops and steak dish. The presentation alone was a feast for the eyes, with the perfectly seared scallops nestled alongside a succulent steak cooked to perfection. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, with the delicate sweetness of the scallops perfectly complementing the rich, savory taste of the steak. It was a culinary masterpiece that left me craving more.**Taste and Quality:**The taste and quality of the dish surpassed all expectations. The scallops were impeccably fresh, with a tender texture and a delightful caramelized exterior. As for the steak, it was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, with a juicy, melt-in-your-mouth goodness that left me utterly satisfied.**Presentation:**The attention to detail in the presentation of the dish was truly impressive. Every element was carefully arranged, creating a visually stunning masterpiece that almost seemed too beautiful to eat. It was evident that a great deal of care and thought went into every aspect of the dining experience.**Value for Money:**While Turtles on The Bay may not be the most budget-friendly option, the quality of the food and the overall dining experience more than justified the price. In my opinion, it was worth every penny for the exceptional quality and service received.Aside from the outstanding food, I must also commend the attentive and friendly staff at Turtles on The Bay. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt well taken care of, with every need anticipated and promptly attended to. It truly added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. In conclusion, my experience at Turtles on The Bay was nothing short of extraordinary. From the exquisite scallops and steak dish to the impeccable service, it was a dining experience that exceeded all expectations. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable meal by the bay.

This was our first time visiting this area and we chose this restaurant based on the reviews. So glad we did. The food was delicious. Beautiful views and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I ordered the shrimp scampi and hubby ordered the jambalaya.

Fabulous little place right across Turtle Beach. One minus we found is that you could not reserve the table. They operate on a first-come , first-serve basis, and the line is quite long.Other than that, we loved the experience. The restaurant sits on the bay, and outside tables are very close to the water. The food is great and not overly expensive. Our waitress was very attentive.....All and all, a great evening.

A great place away from the busy Siesta Key Village. Nice place for families to dine with kids. Menu is fairly expansive. Overlooks Little Sarasota bay next to a marina. While eating we were entertained by a local porpoise coming close to shore to feed. Food was excellent. Offers a nice variety of fresh seafood and steak options. Dining on the deck is highly recommended.

We were seated outside on patio easily at 5:30 Wednesday evening. Staff were very friendly. Exceptional dinner with Ahi Tuna for appetizer and the Coconut Crusted Mahi for dinner. Thank you for a pleasant experience!?

Another wonderful restaurant on Siesta Key! The shrimp and crab scampi was served in a creamy sauce with linguini and topped with crab meat. It was excellent - I cleaned the bowl! The rolls were hot and came with lots of butter. Our server was quite busy but checked on us often. My friends enjoyed the barbecue ribs and wedge salad. Even though we were quite full we couldn't resist sharing the homemade key lime pie! No reservations - but we were seated immediately at 5:30 on a Wednesday evening on the patio. The view of the water is picturesque.
