If I had the option of giving zero stars I would.Just wanted a quick snack so ordered nuggets and a small soda.To start with I literally told myself as I was pulling into the drive-thru that I'd better not end up with nasty stale food like before. I pull up to order and was TOLD to wait a minute. You don't TELL people to wait, you ASK them to wait by way of magnets and say something to the effect of could you please give me a second and I'll be right with you.Order my food and was again TOLD to "come to to the window. How about giving me my total and ASKING me to please pull forward.Get to the window and exchange money for food and grabbed one of the nuggets and surprise surprise THE FOOD IS COLD AND STALE!! Said something right away and the woman sucks her teeth in annoyance and said to wait two minutes for fresh food. If I'm waiting for two minutes for fresh food then YOU KNEW YOU WERE PAWNING OFF BAD FOOD!! Why would you do that??!!!So now it's about 8 minutes into this whole ordeal and I'm waiting and decided to take a sip of my rootbeer soda and ITS FLAT!! No carbonation at all!So I parked and went inside to get a refund and they stand there and just stare at me.Shut this place down! It's disgusting and you're gonna get people horribly sick!! Oh wait, those reviews are on here too.I will never return here again!!

So the food was really good came out fast! The people that helped us were very nice! But the inside of the building needed to be cleaned and pick up! Bathroom was kinda messy as well.

This Wendy’s sucks. I waited around half an hour in line until they took my order the people in front of my told me they were waiting to see if people would leave so they don’t have to work. Everyone that works here sucks. The food here tastes awful and the workers barely even try. I now drive 19 miles out of my way to go to a better one. I will never be coming here again and I hope anyone reading this doesn’t go there either. I also got food poisoning here about 3 months ago so be careful.

My son won a voucher for the Halloween jr frosties. Went through the drive through and waited a solid 5 minutes before they knew we were there. Went to place my order but the head set was broken and she had to switch it out after waiting some more time we went inside to order. Again waiting a very long time to place an order. Finally got my order in bought a couple other things but the total seemed high. I asked for a receipt and that was a task for the cashier and she was rather annoyed. Come to find out she charged me for a meal I didn’t order. When I asked for a refund for that product I was told how “more difficult I made things because I didn’t say something before she cashed me out” I was asked to sit at a table and she would bring me my refund because she needed to calculate the total. I was slightly in shock that this was Wendy’s face of customer service. I understand that companies are having difficulty finding quality employees, however this person needs some training.

Was running late to an appointment. Wanted to get something on the way.. Wendy's is usually my go to for a good burger but this Wendy's should be closed, with the Dave's double they had the nerve to serve me they should be ashamed. It was the absolute worst burger I've ever had from anywhere. The patties were nearly charcoal way over well done for anyone's liking. Needless to say I was on 75 headed north and did not return to the restaurant to bring back their food. I will never go that location again.
