i was mad hyped for wings and they sucked. employees chill tho, if they just asked i would’ve tossed my wings and seasoned my fries on my own. would rather that then un seasoned fries and untossed wings.

My recent experience at Wing Stop on Clark Rd in Sarasota was nothing short of a complete disaster. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that something was seriously amiss. The atmosphere was chaotic, with a long line of disgruntled customers waiting impatiently for their orders.The first red flag was the inattentive employees, who seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than actually serving the customers. When asked about the status of my order, I was met with a dismissive "it's going to be a minute," with no further explanation or apology for the delay.As I waited in line, I couldn't help but notice the sheer incompetence on display. Despite there being six employees on duty, none of them appeared to be working with any sense of urgency. Orders were being prepared haphazardly, with little regard for accuracy or efficiency.To make matters worse, when orders were finally ready, they were invariably messed up. Incorrect items, missing sauces, and cold food were just some of the issues plaguing the orders. It was clear that no one in the kitchen or at the counter cared about the quality of service they were providing.As the chaos unfolded around me, I couldn't help but feel sorry for the owner of this establishment. With customers demanding refunds left and right, it was painfully evident that the Wing Stop on Clark Rd was in dire need of better management and training for its staff.In conclusion, my experience at Wing Stop was nothing short of a nightmare. The sheer carelessness and incompetence displayed by the employees made for a truly unpleasant dining experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining here to steer clear and find an establishment that values its customers and takes pride in its service.

The wings and other items are great WHEN YOU GET THEM IN YOUR ORDER! The problem is every time you go to pick up something is missing or the entire order is wrong. They don't answer the phone ever when they see you're calling after a pickup. I've spent more time driving back and forth than actually getting to eat hot food. Never an apology or credit. Bad business all around

All but one young lady at the front was VERY attentive in her work. The back line men were busy talking, standing around,and leaving the work for the young woman taking orders. Not only did we come in and have problems with the food order, we waited over 30 minutes for our food. All but a few staff looked as if they are slacking, very unprofessional, and arrogant. A blondish brown hair lady with rosacea on her face was completely disrespectful to a customer calling to make an order. I have worked in the food industry and I understand things can be complicated at times, but your customers needs come first. On a side note the food was very tasty!Maybe hire some employees that can hold value to their job position and walk in pride, even when things are difficult. The Haitian young lady with beautiful pink nails deserves a raise, busting her butt running around and around. She will do big things one day, she deserves a raise. And BIG BIG respects to her for dealing with all she dealt with. She is going places,other than that. GREAT FOOD!

we have ordered from this location 3 times now, every single time they make the order wrong or forget half the order. The first time they did not put cajun seasoning on the corn or fries, had to go back to the store and have them fix it. the second time i spent $90 on a meal for my family and they forgot half the order!! after i asked the person at the register if everything was in the bag he said yes! No fries, corn, half our wings weren’t there and the ones that were there had the wrong flavor. Then just this past time yesterday i ordered two combo wing meals and the dip we selected was ranch on both and then an extra order and the large ranch that is $5. Again when we went to pick it up they said everything was in the bag, we drive all the way home, AGAIN no cajun seasoning on the corn and absolutely no ranch in the bag. I then called the store to let them know they forgot all our ranch and my boyfriend would pick it up the guy says “ OK” then hangs up. When my boyfriend walked into the store and asked for our ranch the guy gave him ONE small container of ranch when my boyfriend told him we needed two small containers and a large ranch container, the worker then rolled his eyes and walked away and just came back with an extra little cup of ranch. STILL NO LARGE RANCH! at this point we were so angry we got up and left. I will never return here and i’ll make sure to tell everyone to never come here if they want their food made right! PS. Wingstop learn how to train and hire good employees for a successful business.

The way they answer the phone is rude as hell. Ring ring hello can I place an order? yeah OK… can I get two chicken sandwiches? hold on hold on? What’s your name? (ME) No thanks have a nice day. Plus last time I ordered from them their chicken was very rubbery. This place is disgusting

I usually love Wing Stop but this place has been such a disaster for me today , I payed almost $90 dollars in my order and got nothing of the things I order. At least half of my order was missing and the things I did get were not the ones I ask forXavier couldn’t be worse , he didn’t pay any attention of what I said, on top that I waited at least 1 hour for this order , people that were in line behind me got their orders firstI’m really disappointed on this place , and I wish I could give them 0 stars but that’s not and optionI couldn’t possibly be more upset

They always say 25-30 mins wait, always! This is never the case, they will keep pushing your wait time for almost an hour. Their inline wait time and in person wait time is the worst. Never trust their wait time, plan on waiting waaaay more then they tell you to. I have been here so many times and it’s always the same.
