Fast, fresh quality broasted chicken. Friendly staff that made the experience even better as we did takeout in the evening. Also, give the fried okra a try...worth it!

1st time here. Found it on a local Facebook foodie page. Was excited at 1st but won't return. The person that took our order was very nice! Long wait for our food. We ordered chicken tenders and fries and a gizzard appetizer. We were the only people in the dining room so maybe they were busy with to go orders. Dining room was hot. Not a comfortable temperature. So we went outside to sit on the patio. Cigarette butts EVERYWHERE. Even on top of the tables themselves!! The patio was just one huge ashtray. SUPER GROSS. So we went back into the dining room. The dining room shares a wall with a bar. So while we were eating we could hear the music and the patrons thru the wall. Restaurant employees were cussing. Kept using the F word. That was a huge turn-off since my young niece was eating with me. Portions were big. Simple menu so that was a plus since it was our 1st time there. The concept is enticing but the actual restaurant was not enjoyable for us. I was really hoping for a better experience based on the reviews I read before we went.

We always order the whole boasted chicken. They serve the best fried bird in our opinion. Sides are great also. We are repeat offender of their establishment.

Delicious chicken tenders! Perfectly breaded and juicy white meat chicken! Amazing dipping sauces! French fries were yummy and mashed potatoes and gravy delicious too! Sweet tea was true southern style! Highly recommend!!

We ordered a takeaway from here this week and would totally recommend you try this place. This place has the best chicken around, forget KFC and try the chicken shack it was so good we got it twice in 4 days. Would throughly recommend it ?

Over cooked chicken makes it hard and chewy. I get food safety but my goodness..slaw was on the vinegar side so not my taste. Sauces and baked beans good, tangy+sweet balance. However I got the Completely wrong order upon delivery.... Not interested is purchasing again. Publix has better quality for less.
Another one of those 'if you don't know how to find it, you're missing out on some great chow' joints. If you like slap-yo-grandmomma good fried chicken, this is it. Sorry Grammy, your cast iron skillet yard bird was the best... until now. :)
