We had takeout from here and it was very good. The first thing I look for in a Mexican restaurant is whether or not they serve dishes like carnitas, lengua, and barbacoa. This place checks all the boxes and is pretty authentic with certain dishes that cater to what Americans think Mexican cuisine should be.

Very good food! They did a nice job with turning this place over. There are lots of fun things to look at on the ceiling and walls for kids. The service was very good and prompt and attentive. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. I loved the carne asada. The grilled chive on top was a nice touch. The guacamole appetizer was very fresh. We'll be back!

We stopped in for lunch because it was close to another stop we made and were pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh. Didn't taste like it had been sitting around waiting for us long. Everything was so good. We shared nachos for lunch with the grilled chicken. Enough for two without making you feel too heavy. Service was great and it was quiet, but comfortable. Will stop in again when nearby.

Chips were warm, salsa watery but tasty. Our server was friendly and brought extra chips and salsa. The 2 for 1 margaritas were good and not skimpy on the alcohol. The fish in the fish tacos was good but the filling was mostly white onions and cilantro, no sauce. The dry burritos were OK.
