Tried this cafe for the first time on st Patrick’s day. Crowded and small dining area. Male host seemed little stressed, probably because of heave lunch influx. College girl waitress was wonderful. Ordered the special , corn beef and cabbage. Took forever to get served. Food wasn’t great and the water was worse. My friend paid with credit card which the host threw back at him. Shining spot of this visit was the cute , attentive waitress.

I've been eating there for quite a few years, and have been privy to a few different owner's. I can honestly say that I've enjoyed every meal, whether it was breakfast or lunch. The service is great, the menu is extensive, and the food is always great. I love diner food, and JD's makes it to the top of my list for fine moderate priced cuisine.

We just had dinner at JT’s. Second night of opening for dinner … 4:00-8:00pm Friday & Saturday. It was great! Started with soup. Tonight they were serving French Onion. It was delicious! Lots of stringy cheese!! Second course was salad. Fresh and crispy. For our entree we both had blackened mahi over rice with seasoned vegetables. The fish portion was huge and so fresh, the vegetables al dente, the rice seasoned to perfection. They are also serving wine and beer, if you choose. It was a delicious meal. We’ll be back!!

Just had breakfast this morning. Very reasonable pricing. Two eggs, sausage or bacon, grits are home fries, and a pancake for $10.99 the special of the day. The meal came out hot and the pancakes were delicious as well as the eggs were cooked to perfection. Great service! We really enjoyed it. This is our new breakfast joint. Skip and Connie
