Wanted to get a pizza after working tonight. I arrived at the door at 9:42. Understanding that the restaurant closed at 10 I was just going to ask for whatever was in the warmer. The door was locked and I saw at least 2 people working. I stood there for about 2-3 minutes and no one acknowledged me. As I was walking away another customer came and was walking to the door and I had to let them know that they were closed and he was also upset and he stated that he “rushed over” since not many places in town are open this late. (That do not cost a lot) very upset with this as this is no way to keep customers.

What’s the sense with staying open till 10 if your employees are just going to have an attitude. I came in at 9:12 on 11/12/23 and the rude girl, She doesn’t even deserve the respect of being called a woman with that attitude. Might as well change your closing time since it’s such an issue with your employees to have to deal with customers. I even inquired about already made food, but I just said no. Unfair honestly and unprofessional
I worked here for a month and they were not flexible with my hours and the manager is rude and doesn't do his own job he relays on the work of his coworkers and minors to do things for him including talking to people as well as takes the food without paying for it and wears face piercing while making the food. Went in to order. Young girl at the counter definitely needs to be retrained or better yet fired. No greeting or thank you. She had her head against the order screen, eyes closed like she was sleeping and tapping her nails like she was bored out of her mind. When I saw how she treated the customer ahead of me by rolling her eyes and just acting belligerent I left. Will not go back if she's there.

Everytime i come into this place, its the worst experience. Young kids working that could care less about anything g but their check on Friday.Dragging around, looking like they live in the woods... And no one ever speaks! You ask about your pizza and all they do is either point to the oven or point to the pick up bin..I stopped by today for a quick lunch at 11:00 am and the door was locked!!!1 lost customer.

What happened to hot and ready?All I wanted was crazy bread.I placed my order and waited and I waited. I saw crazy bread come out of the oven and then bagged and put aside. I was observing the worker and noticed he was boxing pizzas. So I asked how much longer and he said not too much longer, at this point I had been waiting 15 minutes. Apparently I had to wait until all the pizza orders were fulfilled before I could get my crazy bread. By then I had to remind the worker that sauce came with the crazy bread. As you would expect the crazy bread was cold and dry.It was a $4.00 purchase and may be insignificant to those reading this but little things not done correctly can impact a business.
