First time ever in this area.. Ordered 3 bean and cheese burritos, no cheese sauce, take out. Paid extra to substitute cheese sauce with shredded Cheddar cheese. Despite telling Lynette (Assistant MGR) several times, no cheese sauce on the burritos, they where made with the sauce I don't like. The young female worker that made the burritos argued that the order was correct and said that this was not the first time I do this and that she remembered me. I showed her the receipt and questioned and asked how could she remember me if this was my first time ever in the area and to her store. Only when I asked for a refund they reluctantly re-did the order. Where was the manager while I was been verbally abused, probably hiding. The assistant manager Lynette, the one who took the order, played dumb while the young female employee verbally abused me, told Lynette not to refund my money and told me to leave. I left the store to avoid further escalation. But here's what I got 1 bean and Cheddar cheese burrito, 1 bean, cheddar cheese and spoiled rice burrito and the third one went to the trash can. This is how seniors are treated this days. Do I recommend this store, NO, a thousand times NO. Shame on you.

Dirty restaurant. My order took over 15 minutes. When I asked what took so long, the cashier said "your fries" I didn't order any french fries. ? Had to wipe my own table down before eating. Other customers were asking for towels to wash their tables as well.

Fast food is fast food. Kinda decent i’ve had better at different taco bell’s. The Shift Manager Lynette always has an attitude when i try and order with my significant other. I asked for a cup to be added to my order since what i ordered wasn’t technically a meal and she then tells me “a cup for what?” She’s always smashing her fingers to type in the order. I have had no issues with any other employee they are very nice. Food came out wrong one time, I ordered a chipotle chicken melt and received 3 burritos with doritos in them. Didn’t even bother to go up and tell them since everyone was in such a rush to close up and leave @9pm. Not to mention the bathroom that had fecal matter all over the toilet that looks like it’s been sitting there forever. Overall the last couple experiences here were very below subpar, would rather go to the mcdonald’s down the street that’s a lot more clean and customer friendly

Employees makes a lot of mistakes with orders from driver thru and inside layer when customers come inside to claim employees are rude and attitude I was inside waiting for my family dinner when one customer came from outside (drive thru) and start arguments so bad with manager and almost this two guys fight and I requested my money back I don't want eat place like that in special with my childrens in fact my kids requested from me Daddy let's get out from here we scare PLEASE Taco Bell employees more accurate with orders n most important good attitudes courtesy n friendly with customers I will never again back to this Taco Bell
