We have had many dinners here, and decided to try there thanksgiving buffet, big mistake, waited 20 minutes to get our water glasses filled. People were waiting in line the whole time with very little food in the trays. We walked out ! Never got to eat.

First let me say we have eaten at Victoria's many times and have been happy with our meals and service.Last Friday night we went for dinner. We ordered drinks then our meal. After 1 1/2hour we noticed people who came later werealready were eating.I talked to the Chef who said the Marsala wasn't satisfactory so he had them make it over. Our waiter was not attentative. We had to catch her eye and ask several times for more drinks. After asking several times we finally got our rolls after being there 1 3/4 hour. The food came out after we had been there for 2 hours. Some was hot and some were cold. The waiter told us we would get a discount. When we got our Bill they had taken off $1.40 from a $38 bill. What an insult. That was the last straw!!There were 8 of us having a nice time so didnt notice the time lapse until everyone around us were eating.There will need to be some staff changes before we go back.

We have traveled all over the country for several decades. We were thrilled to find the BEST New England Clam Chowder in the country is here in Sebring FL at Victoria's. But after COVID their Clam Chowder has changed drastically and not for the better. It tastes very odd and is no longer thick with fresh clams. Now the clams are dry, chewy and rubbery indicating that they are frozen clams, not fresh anymore. I called to ask if they are using a different recipe and the very nice lady said "yes" it is a different recipe. She asked if I'd like to give the manager some feedback. I told her "yes". However she came back on the line and said he couldn't come because he didn't want to be interrupted while having lunch. she didn't want to interrupt him while he's having lunch. Really? Okay, I'm a customer, one that WAS a regular customer until the quality went south and he's too busy eating to come to the phone... That did it for us... So beware Victoria's has new ownership, perhaps even a new manager, but apparently they are cutting corners and the food is not what it used to be. Very sad...
