Reminds me so much of the NY diner experience. Huge portions, homestyle cooking and friendly service. I am so happy the community has something like this, Sebring needs more places for breakfast especially that's not a chain!

I love the price and the food. I get breakfast there about three times a week, and it's really starting to be a part of my morning routine. I don't like the pizza at all. All the staff are easy to communicate with. I'm so happy that there's a breakfast spot near me. 10/10

Zacks breakfast is absolutely delicious! And the cute dining area has a welcoming feel but I always get take outs. I am pretty picky about bacon and theirs is very yummy. One of the best breakfast spots in town!

Went in and grabbed a calzone after a work trip. The 2 people that were there were incredibly friendly, the service felt personal and the food was great! Will be stopping again on my way back through town. Only suggestion… and it’s my fault NOT the restaurant’s… get paper plates and napkins with the order! Made for a messy trip! But SOOO worth it!

Terribly miss the old place that was here. Overpriced, false pricing on menus. Didn't have many of the things listed on menus. Undercooked pasta, and even wings were tough and hard to eat. Big changes needed to get much repeat business.

They have two locations, one on US 27 and the second is at spring lake on US 98.The US 98 location is good but not as good as the US 27 location.They do well, but location run by young people and still need experience.They are currently transitioning to serving breakfast so they change hours. I will have to see how it goes.

Pizza was ok. We were there at 12 noon. Sign said they opened at 12. Disappointed we could not get BBQ. Said it was not ready. Meat is precooked and then put in smoker. She never said what time it would be ready. Pizza was ok but not great
We ordered a meatball sandwich and a Greek salad for takeout tonight. It was ready at the time they said it would be and everything was impressively fresh. This our go-to place when we've been tied up with our home renovation and we need something good to eat. We're so glad Zack's is here!

The pizza here probably beats my favorite spot back in my home town. However I have not tried it when the pie was fresh out of the oven and that says a lot about the quality of the pizza of this place.

A little pricey, but delicious.I'm editing my review. 5/30/22. I ordered again. If this was the first time I had been there, I'd never be back. I prefer my sub with no sauce. I guess they made it wrong the first time and the cook was loudly cursing about who the hell orders this, etc, etc. Get it home, 2 minutes away, and the fries were undercooked and soggy. All the food was cold, including the remake. There was extremely to much cheese on both subs. Good thing I had a microwave, that's how cold mine was. But if I wanted microwaved food, I'd make my own for half the price. I might give them one more chance if I see the owner is working, but that's hard to do when I'm ready to order. ?♀️

Have tried twice but both people that answered phone on two different weekdays seemed to busy and rushed to take your order or assist. I ended up not ordering because of both of their attitudes.
