Ordered chicken club salad. After paying in the app, found out that they didn’t have the dressing that I wanted that was showing on the app. Arrived before the order was ready. Picked up the order and was eating it less than 5 minutes from the pickup location and the chicken on the salad was as cold as the dressing. Not the first of many letdowns I’ve had from Bob Evans. Don’t plan on returning to any of them going forward.

The service was extremely slow even though the restaurant was almost empty.
My delivery order was not correct. However the GM Jamie heard my complaint and fixed the problem. Thank you to Jamie and Melissa for the correction of my order.
