Burger King is supposed to be be FAST food. I arrived around 3:10pm and ordered a coke and onion rings. There were four cars in line in front of me. 15 minutes later no movement and still four cars in front of me. An employee came out to one of the cars and went back and forth three times (1-brought two drinks, 2-brought another thing and took cash, 3-bring change) all in about 10 minutes. So I am thinking 10 minutes per vehicle x 4 vehicles is 40 minutes. Is supposed to be FAST food but is apparently just bad food…so I pulled out of line and left. If that slow during off peak times, must take hours to get your meal during peak times.

Usually it's pretty clean when it's not rush hour. Everything is average compared to other Burger Kings of the same age and size.Unfortunately, my experience was cut short and ruined when I was forced to defend Logan (who is one of the employees), my mom and myself from another unknown employee (that wasn't working that day) in the parking lot.. Whenever I was describing what was going on to the staff inside after calling police to the scene one of the other employees (Michelle) tried gaslighting me about what I had witnessed then proceeded to be rude to me. . For helping one of her staff? When the police showed up she became agitated. She clearly was only interested in the inconvenience of having police show up to the restaurant and not in helping her fellow employee that had been assaulted in the parking lot by another 'off the clock' employee.Shift manager (John) was trying to handle the situation but could only just relay messages to the general manager. Maybe he chose not to do more than that. It's hard to tell but I felt he could have been a little more compassionate towards the assaulted employee. He didn't even ask if his work mate was alright. His response as well as some of the other employees to the incident was very cold and uncaring. I was happy to help the poor bloke but it should have been his fellow employees to help and not one of them even seemed to care.It's not the first time I've witnessed this sort of behavior here as there's been many unreported incidents that seem to happen at this location but it is the first time that I was involuntary involved directly. Also the first time I've witnessed anything happening like this with the employees. It's usually problem customers.It really is a shame that this place has gotten like this. It was pretty cool for the first few years it's been opened but now, I'm concerned about my safety over saving a few bucks on getting some fast food. The order was still wrong when I got it.I didn't bother going back to get the correct order.It's now gotten to the point where they should consider having an armed security guard on site.

When you first opened you were fabulous, over the weeks and months and years you are going down hill continually and it hasn't stopped. I have to drive to Wesley Chapel to have great Burger King ?.

Before you head to this drive thru, please make sure you have enough time in your day. It takes over 30 minutes to get your food from the drive thru at this Burger King. Do yourself favor and drive to another Burger King.

Ordered ice cream on the mobile app... pulled up to the order screen and confirmed order.Employee stated to pull around, we did and said employee was on her phone and then sat down in between the drink machine and the ice cream machine still on her phone for several minutes before even acknowledging that we were at the window and then asked us what we were waiting for, we told her and then she tried to make me pay for it again. I advised I had paid in the app and then she got snooty and made 2 very sloppy cones one of which dang near fell off the cone. And handed them to us with no napkins and got upset when we asked for napkins. During the day I usually get the best service but this is the second time we have been thru there at night that the service truly sucked.

THIS REVIEW ONLY APPLIES TO THE SEFFNER BURGER KING ONLY. ? Good Food. Good Service. Tom the GM is Awesome ?. Roger at the front counter Helping Manage the MID DAY SHIFT IS GOOD AND AWESOME. Of course tho it's Burger King. They DO REALLY FLAME BROIL THERE BURGERS AND MEAT. So.... sometimes it takes longer to get your order when they are cooking more FRESH LOW FAT BEEF WHOPPER AND BURGER PATTIES. ? ? ? HEED MY WARNING THO. DO NOT EVERVER GRACE THE DOORS OR BUY FROM BRANDON BURGER KING. SLOW SERVICE. ROOD AND MEAN HATEFUL EMPLOYEES. JAKEVA (JAY) THE MANAGER IS HATEFUL, LOUD MOUTHED, DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE TO ALL EMPLOYEES THAT AREN'T RELATED TO HER. She has her 2 children & 3 of her nieces and nephews working with her also on the day shift with her. She treats them like gold. All other employees get yelled at and disrespected there whole shift as I have observed from being a customer. Saud something to Jakeva (Jay) nicely about treating her employees better and give them respect. ESPECIALLY HER BEST EMPLOYEE AND MOST CURTIOUS THAT GIVES OVER THE TOP SERVICE AND RESPECTS THE CUSTOMERS. She told me to "Shut Up" and keep my words to myself because she was the boss and can tell and say anything she wants to her employees. ? ? ?

And the reason why I get this rank is because the food was very greasy and we don't understand why other than that we went through drive through and service was fine atmosphere around it was good and it was morning people were friendly microphone is a bit loud and could use some tuning down but unfortunately they do not know how to do that

Literally come here all the time even worked at Burger King myself a few years back and was an assistant manager. The employees in this place walk around and look like they hate their job. I ask for sauce and they couldn’t even give me any wanted to charge for each little sauce packet. I worked at another location for 7 years and not once was told to charge for sauces. Poor excuse of customer service.

Throwing the race card in customers face is awful! Hubby goes thru drive thru for 2 small Frostys. They give him mediums and charge him. They don't tell him that they are doing this. Hubby asked for a receipt and they denied him a receipt because "machine was down". My Hubby upset and questions the deceptive person that helped him. They say it's cause they didn't have small lids. THEN SAY THAT TO THE CUSTOMER BEFORE YOU CHARGE US! EASY PEASY. COMMUNICATION IS EASY! How in the world does questioning the money we pay and what we ordered & receive lead to the employee asking my husband if he's racist??Pure ignorance at this place if they let employees talk to customers like this. We live in a society where no one cares and it shows.
