Even after ordering extra pizza sauce on our meat lovers pan pizza it still was dry. This is the second time now this happened. This hut just don’t give you anything extra that might affect their bottom line. Do you like dry pizza?

First I ordered 30 min before actually showing up for my order. Then the lady at the register says 10-15 min not ready ok not a problem I’ll come back . 20 min later she tells me again 10 min . A then again 5-10 more min . As well as everyone who came in was told the same thing not done 10 min . Then says they are cutting it less then 5 min . 15 min later I finally got my pizza. Then the quality of what we received after such a long wait. Let’s just say I won’t be back.

We ordered the party box with 3 pizzas, one pizza paid extra for extra mushrooms. This is not extra! Don't waist your money ordering extra anything! Pizzas were good otherwise.

The web page to order is complete and utter TRASH! (Hence the 1 star) I tried to order for a company luncheon (approximately $200 in food) and it took well over 30 mins, both on a pc and a personal phone. We decided to call the location and we were informed the deal we were after is online only, which is ridiculous considering you can't get the order to go through! Thomas (i believe was his name) took our order, gave what he could to make a close enough price match and delivered within 45 mins as promised. He was great. But Pizza Hut corporate offices, please hear your customers frustrations and fix this immediately, you almost lost our sale and I can't imagine how many you lose on a daily basis because of such a broken online system and silly rules in store. The food was great by the way!
