Loved the Belgian waffle here. The bacon was noticeably better than most other breakfast places. Service was excellent too. Pleasantly surprised!

We normally have a 5 star experience but its been awhile since our last visit. Today 4/13 around 1pm we were disappointed with the quality of the food, mediocre at best. We got it to go and they forgot the strawberries on one order of the pancakes, the grits were runny/soupy, the Philly was bland and came with a few soggy fries, etc. I don't know if they got a new cook but it was bad. I rated 3 star because this was the first negative experience here. I really hope they just had an off day. ?

Hubby and I just had breakfast and food was great! Our only complaint was our waiter Rob never came back to check on us and had to ask another waitress to get him we wanted apple butter for our toast. Checking out we told him every time we come our waitress always asks if we want apple butter and also always asks if we want onions in our home fries. We did request but did not get any! Rob did not like us letting him know that he should of asked us for apple butter and onions. We were nice about it.

Visiting the Florida Botanical Gardens and had to find a place to eat. Found this little gem just by driving out from the Gardens and looking for cars in a restaurant parking lot (usually a good indication of a spot to eat). So happy we did. A throwback type place with great food, reasonable prices and people serving that really seem to care. If you like a classic Reuben Sandwich this is your place! All of our food was very good though, we will be back!

By far the very BEST breakfast/lunch in Seminole and its surrounding areas. I am new to the area ( 1 year now )and have been sampling Sunday am breakfast outings. This place's atmosphere , the staff, the food ... the grits especially is to live for. I have eaten here countless times now feel comfortable writing a review and have considered it my go to for breakfast and lunch. The burgers and the sides are so splendid, and talk about the bacon that is served with the meals.. it is not some skinny little piece of fatty stick either, it is thick and full of meat! I take all of my lunching friends there, and they love it also. The portions of the meals are also hearty and could very well serve as 2 meals, well at least for me. The owner, Shannon, is also very engaged and hands on. She walks around speaking to, and she takes time to know her customers. She thanks everyone for their patronage , as well. You can expect her to stop by your table and say hello , or just acknowledge u somehow while there. That coupled with fantastic food, a waitstaff who seems to enjoy working with you and each other makes for a heck of a combination. ?????Parking: The restaurant doesnt have a lot of parking and I among many others park nextdoor at the Walgreens. This place is packed full on most Sunday am and one can expect to 30 minutes. It is that awesome!?

Our friendly server came to our table almost immediately and was attentive to refills. My husband really enjoyed his veggie omelet. My veggie bowl was great. Decaf coffee was hot and ready which isn't always the case these days. Breakfast is served until closing. We will definitely stop in here again.

Good local breakfast joint with counter seating. Very attentive servers. Enjoyed the Cowboy omelet which come with country gravy and was on point. Prefer hashbrowns but only they only offer home fries. Not a deal breaker. Their coffee is very good and rich. If in the area it's definitely worth stopping in.

Wish I could give 10 stars. 1st time here & can't wait to come back. To start, Andrea was an AWESOME server. Coffee was very good, my wife's breakfast Cuban was very good. I got the Classy Crab omelet...AMAZING..the Hollandaise sauce was perfect, usually it is really rich but not here, if I got again though, I would ditch the tomatoes and add spinach. The grits were really good also. And I am VERY picky about my grits. I did get them with cheese and bacon. All servers seem to be very friendly and just a very nice atmosphere. The only negative was the biscuit. I don't usually get the bread option but wanted to try the apple butter. The biscuit was so dry the even slathering the wonderful apple butter on it didn't help.
