Really paired down menu which we didn't expect. Food was OK. Mostly take out food containers. Soda fountain not working. Employees reported the atmosphere has been this way for months. Makes us question whether they'll be open long or not...

The last several times I've tried to go here they're either out of chicken or closed without explanation (especially if there's a coupon on the corporate email/ app) and the last couple times we've been able to order the food was over cooked and the dining room was filthy.I wanted to love this place because they have so much potential but they're failing too badly for me to keep wasting my time.

Will NEVER eat/order from here again. Ordered online, was charged the full amount only for them to wait for us to pickup to tell us they did not have over half of what we ordered! Did not apologize nor refund anything, yet proceeded to make substitutions that were TERRIBLE! This is not the first time they were "out of" half of what they offer on the menu. Service is terrible, DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone ever.

Seminole location. Drive thru menu is a problem: Many items are “not available;” small side listed at $.50 was charged $5.99; nuggets are shown but not available. The drive thru menu should be updated so it doesn’t take so long to figure out what’s available and not. Also did not receive my full order. And ultimately paid $22 for one adult meal and one kids meal. Won’t go again and that’s too bad.

The drive-thru employee was kind. That's where they earned their 3rd star. They are always out of something and I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of the food but an increase in cost.Parking: This parking lot is a nightmare. Not much parking lot and the space to navigate is small.

Placed an Uber order driver showed up and the restaurant says closed. We ran out of food. Wow great job Boston Market this location and most others are really slipping. They are always out of most items . Now the entire restaurant says they’re out of food..

16 dollars for 3 piece chicken dinner. All I got were bones. I called. The manager was like what do you want me to do? I wanted a meal I paid for. I went back. They provided me the same meal back! I asked for refund. Never again will I go back.

No favor at all in the gravy ...i could make better from a packet. Also the chicken is dry. On top of it all the is no corn bread they ran out weeks ago??? They gave rolls they bought from publix..disappointing experience...poor management and poot ability to adapt. Boston market quality is down the drain ...

The last three times I’ve gone there in the last couple of months, they’re always out of something; first chicken for weeks according to staff, then cornbread and drink lids, now cornbread, spinach, stuffing and sweet potatoes. I understand about delivery issues, and what not, but people are paying for items that they aren’t even getting (ie: cornbread). Either lower the price to reflect this, or walk to the Publix, which is literally in the same parking lot and get some dinner rolls or something to substitute. Apparently they had dinner rolls at one point but now they are out of those too. No excuse when you are merely steps away from the grocery store. I’m done with Boston Market until they get it together. Unacceptable.

Server was very friendly and accommodating even though I was using a special deal. Appreciate the service and fresh food!

I moved to this area recently and wanted to try out some of my old favorites. I tried the whole chicken which was what I usually got and parts of it were totally inedible. The wings were so totally crispy that all that was left was skin and bones. The rest of my order was also totally screwed up. When I called they said they would refund items not received but I am not holding my breath. Good bye Boston Market in Seminole.

What happened to the old Boston Market that my family used to love?Clearly they're cutting corners and costs in all directions. The mashed potatoes used to be so good. Tonight, I tried adding butter and salt to make them edible...no luck. My son saw the picture of the "rotisserie " nuggets. They look so good in the pictures. We get our take out order home and find a small container of pale white rubbery things. Not only did they look gross, but they tasted even worse. No amount of BBQ sauce can help them. $30 of hard earned money down the drain.I suspect Boston Market won't be around much longer. There's no possible way they can survive on food like we got tonight. Goodbye Boston Market. This family is sadly done with you.

Out of chicken! Last 2 times. Chicken is what I go for. Going to start calling first before driving over. Or maybe just run into Publix. Meatloaf sandwich was tasty but not what I drove all that way for.

Avoid at all cost. I went there for Thanksgiving dinner and try to order a turkey, stuffing, and sweet potatoes. I was told I could only order the approved dinners. I stated that I would be happy to pay extra for the sweet potatoes but that caused a ruckus with all of the staff. I felt like I was being bullied upon and even by the manager. All I wanted to do was pay extra for sweet potatoes and I ended up leaving with no food and feeling as if I was beat up upon by their staff. I will never go back to a Boston market again. Worst place ever in Seminole Florida.

Normally, my family and I like this place. Today, on Thanksgiving, we went there and I asked for chicken, sweet potatoes, and stuffing. The worker said that they only had meals and I could not get sweet potatoes. I politely offered to pay extra for the sweet potatoes and the entire staff started yelling at me and being extremely rude. I asked to speak to the manager and even he was rude. I understand they had meals, however, I offered to pay extra for the sweet potatoes since I didn't eat mashed potatoes and I didn't want to just throw the food away. It was a horrific event and I ended up just leaving with no food. I will never go back to a Boston market again. Worst experience ever by the staff, not the food.
