We live right down from this Dunkin Donuts and we get coffee, etc pretty often. This morning there were at least 10 to 12 older people taking up the whole corner of seats, being quite loud inside. If you wanted to sit you couldn't. Then the frozen mocha coffee we ordered had no chocolate swirl OR whipped cream after telling them thats what we wanted ! My supposedly hot dark blend was watered down and was then COLD ! Won't be going back anytime soon. Alot of confusion in this kitchen!! Also handling food with no gloves on. Furthermore, your property grounds are a mess! Clean up the litter and clean up your act!!

I’ve been coming here for years… at least 1x week. This is by far the best DD around. Food is always hot & fresh, they’re fast, super friendly, and go above & beyond. Out of the (probably) 100+ times I’ve been here, never had a bad experience.Today, for the 1st time ever they missed something in my order. I went inside to get it and they offered me 2 for free with a smile.Thanks for being awesome guys.

Went through the drive thru twice this week and both times I get to work and my order is wrong. Ordered an everything bagel today, ended up with a blueberry muffin. I didn't say anything yesterday. Today I tried to call to complain. Phone rang and rang and nobody bothers to pick it up.
We go this morning for doughnuts and bacon. The cashier was such in a hurry, charged us for the food and more then half the order missing. The bacon is burned! How is someone supposed to burnt food! DO BETTER DUNKIN! You need to hiring a completely NEW STAFF that appreciates people doing business with their facility, you know people that smile instead of frowning and asking you “Will that be all” after every dam item you ask for! If you are in a hurry get the hell off the speaker. Seriously Dunkin why are your people rushing! Bad service, bad food, bad employees.

I have been to this location a handful of times and every time my order has been wrong. Today I asked for just a cup of coffee with sugar free vanilla and couldn’t even get that right. I don’t know what’s going on at this location but please try to get paying customers orders right. I know mistakes happen sometimes but this is absolutely just bad service at this point.

Every time we come here there always seems to be a problem with something. I understand when you have new employees that takes some time but I stood there for 10 minutes to have my order made wrong remade and then come to find out it was wrong the second time around as well. I asked for and even paid extra for extra cream cheese and this is what I received. I had to ask for a cup holder 5 times before someone stopped ignoring me and gave me one.

Stopped in for some munchies donut holes. Whatever you all want to call. My gal took good care of me. I think her name was Rebecca. Cute little thing she took good care of me. Got me my sweet tea. Got my munchies to go so the grandkids can enjoy him the next day knowing that I was going to be babysitting. Keep up the good work. The only downfall that I saw was the cleanliness of the tables in the dining area. A few of them were dirty, some crumbs on the floor but it's a donut shop. What do you expect right? Keep up the good work!
