My wife and I went in to order a sandwich...since it was too late to make dinner. The 2 people that were there were already working on a big order for takeout...so we had to wait about 10-15 minutes before we ordered. I get it!While she was still cutting meat and preparing the takeout order, she asked if she could take my order. I started to tell her...and then asked her if she wanted to write it down. She stopped for a moment...and picked up an order pad. My order was simple, 2 Mikes Famous Phillies. One of them was to have raw onions instead of grilled and to add mushrooms. The 2nd was to have the sandwich as is..but instead of red and green pepper and jalopena peppers ...just use Banana peppers. I couldnt understand her when she replied...but I'm older...so I figured...I just can't hear! So I made it very explicit...and supposedly...she understood,We get home. My sandwich had ZERO raw onions...only grilled...and no mushrooms. My other half had the proper sandwich..but included red bell peppers...which KILL her stomach.The folks there are very pleasant. They are NOT rude. The young man at checkout assured me that the sandwiches were correct. They were not. I don't know if they just don't understand...don't care...or just don't listen...but the sandwiches sucked. Dry...without the requested additions.Now...the fact that we both had hard pains in our stomachs within 3 hours is not able to be traced to the sandwiches..but it's the only foods we ate together all day.I hate to say...that this is the last time I give Jersey Mikes a chance, This experience is NOT the first time I've had an order prepared incorrectly. Although pleasant...these kids havent got a clue!

Had the pleasure of meeting both Lynz & Jesus last night (2.25.24). Ordered the Tuna sub which is made daily on premises = deliciousness. Lynz & Jesus were incredible; from their positive energy to all around customer service. This location is now my favorite, much thanks to them. Thank you!

Great fresh made subs. I only get cold ones since they have to sit in fridge 4 hrs until I can eat. Tuna is great & #5 Super sub.

Every time I come here, the staff is so unpleasant. If you really want Jersey Mikes, GO TO TYRONE!! They do nothing but try to chase you out the door and tell you how long their wait times are to avoid having to serve you, so they can complete their online orders. HIRE MORE HELP DOR ONLINE !! I do not recommend this place! Especially after seeing how dirty the place is, I didn’t really want to eat there anyway!

I love their subs. I got the Italian giant on the wheat bread, and it is so good. Definitely go for Mike’s way too. A little pricey, but to me, it’s worth every penny. Will definitely be going again.

We were greeted and served in a timely manner. The young woman Lindsey I think, was very nice and helpful. She was patient while we decided what we wanted. She is knowledgeable andvery nice.this was a wonderful experienceVegetarian options: Many vegetarian options available .Dietary restrictions: They accommodated all of my parties needsParking: There is ample parking for everyone
Too many automated replies for the very many of us who find this location to fail to live up to the once higher standards upon which Jersey Mike's was founded. Inferior product and service isn't at all made better by a auto respond message that does little more than apologize for this franchise failing to meet basic standards of... properly assembling a sandwich!

I was the only person in the store and the two people working asked me to wait so they could clean their equipment and make an online gluten free order. What has happened to our society? Online orders attended to first over in person?Bread was stale and the chicken on my chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich was cold.Lastly, I found a piece of plastic in my sandwich. I won’t go back.

Love this place. Definitely the best sub shop. The area manager was in the store when I came in, he is one cool dude. He’s from Jersey no less. He definitely had a passion for what he does and that was refreshing.

Absolutely phenomenal place! Food is awesome, restaurant is clean, staff is friendly. They recognize their customers that come in Atleast twice a week. If you don’t know what you want, ask them for a suggestion. They won’t steer you wrong. This deserves way more than 5 stars! I would highly recommend going to get something to eat here!
