We frequent the other location in Riverview so we expected the same quality and service but the food was not the same. The collards are not the same at all, this location seems to serve collards from a can. When ordering wet brisket we got dry, lean brisket. Also, their Brunswick stew tastes like it comes from a can.

Place was good when it opened years ago now it's just trash! Dirty place with a very bad stench before you walk in the door. I'm not even gonna comment on the food if that's what you call it, whatever it was it was terrible!

In the nicest way possible, don’t even bother coming here. Appetizer came out 30 minutes later with our food, after being asked if we would like it first. Also no ranch, which again, was asked at the register if we wanted. 2 out of the 3 plates that came out were cold. one side on the plate was also wrong as well. None of my family ended up eating. After asking for a refund, they handed us back $15 out of the $60 we paid for the food. Manager didn’t even come up & talk to us. Had the poor girl at the register hang us our refund. Though I’m not one to usually complain, it was ridiculous how the situation was handled. Get better management.

Wow. Wasn't sure what to expect but the BBQ was fantastic. Good service and the place was very clean.

We went near closing so if this was why I rated 2 stars then don't go late. The staff wasn't very enthusiastic, although they weren't rude food wasn't very good, sweet tea was sugared water. They were the bare minimum. Baked beans and collard greens tasted as they came right from the can. Turkey was very salty, Cmon if you're going to be a bbq place at least try to taste like bbq. Disappointed we wanted to try something new but next time we will go to Sonnys. Also an hour before they closed they locked the doors and about 5 families came and couldn't eat bcz of that, so that's not a good sign either.

Thought this was going to be good BBQ but obviously just a chain. One guy working was polite but dry. Beer was cold but only 2/3 beer, rest was foam, food was barely warm except for the fries which were about lava hot initially. BBQ sauces were ok. I would recommend going to somewhere else. I had both pork and brisket. Both were good tasting but moderately warm.

Food was good. They were out of a lot of sides, which seemed weird. Food was slow to come out. Nice decor and place appeared clean, but we were annoyed by a fly the whole time we were eating ... not a good sign. Not sure if we would go back.

The food was disgusting.the chicken tasted like sand from the beach and it was not even freshly cooked.the chicken tasted hard.the ribs were burnt from beyond what you can imagine.the drinks tasted like they just got it out of a junkyard. The service was very sloppy and slow.it was nice on the outside, but horrible on the inside.don't eat here.

Well. This place has fallen off unlike anything I’ve ever seen. If you are in the search of dried out ribs, sausage so hard that it could be used as heavy artillery in Ukraine. Head over to Willies. The brisket crust has now been turned into a horse saddle. We waited about 12 minutes (with nobody in line) to even place the order as it appeared that only 2 people were working the entire store. In closing, I gave the atmosphere a 5 star rating and when this place closes, and it will. I’d like to buy some of their in-house decor.Signed, Hungry KarenDietary restrictions: You can’t eat half of your meal so you definitely will not gain wait from Willie Jewels.

Worst rib's I have ever gotten. Called in an order at 4pm I was told ribs wouldn't be ready until 6m but I could go there a little earlier and they should be ready. Got there around 5:50 and waited for about 15min before I was addressed Waitress very nice however seemed overwhelmed even though there were only two tables being occupied. Kitchen attendant seemed clueless. On top of it my order wasn't ready .Ribs most likely were original receipt or They most likely would have gone out of business. Mac and cheese was awesome and the beans were delicious.

Went there a few days ago. They were out of a few things but did have what we wanted. Pulled pork was good with the sassy sauce, and fries. Place was clean, price was good. Will go back to try something else next time.

This place will be out of business in less then 2 months guaranteed. They were out of all chicken be careful of soda machine black mold , they need to clean it.Oh yea can't forget the small white styrofoam coffee cups they are using for soda cups.

We ordered 1.5 lbs of pulled pork and 1lb of brisket. What we received was 2 lbs. of pot roast. Dry, no smoke and no flavor. Two employees were the only ones working. Very poor experience.

Not a super negative experience, it's just unfortunate that for 22 dollars, there is nothing about the flavor or quality of food I like. I'll just stick to mission BBQ or sonny's. It's too bad because making great food isn't difficult.
