What an incredible find! Heading to JAX from Elgin and searched Google maps for a place to grab lunch. I am so glad we stopped! Well, we actually passed it but quickly turned into the gas station next door then walked over to find an unassuming diner style food truck with amazing service & incredible food! We had the Huli Huli chicken fold & the French toast sandwich with thick hickory smoked bacon and perfectly cooked egg! Maria’s sauce wash the perfectly sweet topping!We highly recommend stopping!

Great place to stop by for a bite to eat! I highly recommend the loco moco, breakfast is served all day. All fresh ingredients and no canned mushrooms/onions here!Parking: Food orders are typically called in for pickup, parking spaces are readily available.Kid-friendliness: Outdoor shared seating with three other food trucks in the same lot, very casual.Wheelchair accessibility: Location has parking with no ramps required to access food truck

was recommende, but not impressed with food presentation and service. I guess this is how they get the reputation of roach coaches. Thank God all food trucks are not like that misleading title. I've eaten at a lot of awesome food trucks. My review is not an assumption of not to eat there, but just an honest opinion. In my food travels I've noticed the more pretentious, a food truck the worse the food, Again, not saying "Beachy Queen" is at all pretentiou. I was just making an educated recommendation. if you are adventurous, give it a try. I myself will not be going back.

The chicken here was amazing. Could not have been cooked better. The two owners were very nice too. I am hoping you will become very successful soon to buy a new food truck to eliminate wait times but that’s not on them at all. Just need more staff and more space but if any place has that potential to explode, it’s here :).

Best Hawaiian food in FWB! You can tell it’s homemade, especially the pickled onions! The aroma walking to the food truck alone will have you hooked. I recommend the pulled pork sliders. The banana pudding is the best I’ve ever tasted! And that says a lot coming from this southern girl.
