She works hard, and she deeply cares about her work and you can see it. My daughter turned 14 today, and she helped me tremendously as not just a baker, but as a new friend to make my daughter’s birthday special. Please go in and visit her!! I love this Small Cakes, every time I come in the staff and owner Haily are smiling and happily serve me and even chat a bit. I feel like I’ve known them forever, even when I went in for the first time. All the cupcakes are fantastic but my favorite is hot cocoa bombs in winter!

Update* your response just shows how immature of an owner you are. You still don’t comprehend the reason I was upset and it’s sad. Sad you can’t admit you and your staff didn’t get my order right. I didn’t say they weren’t beautiful. The only reason I went to you was because of my mother and the whole time I didn’t give you a tone. You don’t listen to your customers and what they want. You’re correct, my order was super simple and not complicated. So why couldn’t you get it right the first time? Maybe next time you work with a customer, get their order right the first time and write it down. You won’t ever admit you didn’t get my order right and it’s pointless even speaking to someone as absurd as you are. I’ve talked to multiple people who have used your services and they say the same thing about your abrupt personality and get orders wrong. I will not be back I assure you that. I’m still appalled at how the owner, Haile was so rude and disrespectful when picking up my order. I’ve never in my entire life as a customer been so disrespected. To give you all a glimpse of what happened. I called a month or so ago, to place an order for my daughter’s 1st birthday party which is tomorrow. I told her over the phone specifically what I wanted. Light pink cupcakes all the same color with rose petals for the design. For the smash cake I wanted a pink ombré effect with rose petals going around. No pearls because they’re hard to chew and didn’t want kids chipping their teeth. I wanted something like a powered fairy dust like to give the cupcakes an iridescent look. A few days later, I stop by to meet her in person to make sure and discuss what I wanted. Showed her pics and thoroughly went over the color pink I wanted. Just reciprocating what we discussed on the phone. I mentioned I could send her pics so they have them on file. She said she’s “got it” and I didn’t need to send her pics via text. I still sent photos to their phone explaining what I wanted just so they would have pictures. Sent them pictures of the smash cake and cupcakes exactly how I wanted. Today I pickup my order and the cupcakes were not what I ordered. The cupcakes were 3 different shades of pink, and had pearls on them. Which I stated multiple times, that I didn’t want. The assistant went to go get Haile, and as soon as she walked out, she was disrespectful and downright rude. Didn’t offer to fix the situation, stating she doesn’t have time to fix them and I can either leave them with her and get 100% of my money back or take them and I get a $10 refund. At this point my daughter’s party is tomorrow so of course I have to take them. Instead of owning up to their mistake, she blamed me. She wasn’t apologetic nor sincere at all for her actions on getting my order wrong and messing up. She didn’t bother to call me either to let me know, “they didn’t have the pink” I was wanting. A simple phone call would of been nice and the professional thing to do. Simply all I needed was a call to tell me they don’t have my color and send me what pinks they have so I could have picked out the color I had in mine. No phone call, nada. I’m so upset at this whole process I had to endure, and the unprofessionalism. Never in my life have I been disrespected the way she disrespected me. I did absolutely nothing to deserve the treatment I received yesterday when picking up my order. Uncalled for.

Cupcakes were beautiful but owner didn't do what I asked for. I even stated in my texts to call me with any questions and did the owner follow through? Nope. Very disappointed since my order was quite simple and any bakery could have done this, without any hesitation. Owner didn't even care to fix the issue nor admit their wrongdoing day of pickup. Spent all that money and didn't get what I specifically asked for. Would not recommend getting your cupcakes or smash cake here. You're better off going to Publix or Sam's... they taste the same...and they're cheaper too! Also they will be correct and exactly what you ask for! What a hassle I went through. What was a very simple order for my first daughter's birthday party to make it the best it could be for her. FYI: just for the owners color knowledge, I put a picture of what a dusty rose color is, since she told me that's what I asked for in my pictures. (We all know the color I sent her a light pink). Next time you deal with a custom order and you get it wrong, don't accuse the customer, then lie about what a customer asked for day of pickup!!

HIGHLY recommend this place. Requested a smores cupcake. It was not on the website but they were able to make this request happen. They even went out of their way to buy graham crackers for the topping (we were told they were out of graham crackers but had the crumbs). We explained that it wasn't necessary for them to go out of their way for this. When we went to pick up out cupcakes they had indeed went out and bought graham crackers for the top! They are the kindest & most amazing in the customer service dept. If you have never been here please, stop by and enjoy a tasty cupcake and friendly staff.
