I specifically drive from niceville to shalimar because the customer service from Rachel is always the best. All the employees at this location are kind and quick, food is always fresh.
Always a good sub from this subway !!! The others are stingy with their ingredients.Parking: Has adequate parking most of the time. Peak lunch time may be a wait for someone to leave situation.

My Dad and I frequent this location when he is in town. I wish the meats on the first part of the assembly line were not blocked as they are now. During our last visit in Feb 2024, my Dad and I both specified 6 inch subs and the employee made us and charged us for foot long subs instead. If the assembly line wasn't blocked, we would have immediately noticed his mistakes (or intentional upsells) quick enough to correct him. Keep Cherry Coke at the drink station.
