Horrible customer service, overpriced and mediocre food. Before I placed my order, the customer before me asked for the ranch to be placed on the side and the staff obliged. When I asked the older man taking my order for the same, the lady at the register abruptly and rudely said "we're not doing that anymore." The older man then asked me "do you want it or not"? If it weren't for the fact that my little ones were hungry I would have walked away. The Mahi Mahi was average tasting. The veggie bowl was literally filled only a quarter of the way and the white rice was hard and undercooked. To top it off, my husband went back to confirm the name of the place and actually heard the same old man happily accept another's customer's request to have the ranch on the side . The lady at the register didn't say a peep. Smh..I will happily spend my money elsewhere when visiting the beach

Huge money grab. If you don’t notice on the checkout page, you tipped 10% automatically. The cashier checks that you’ll tip 10% before having you sign the screen. It’s manipulative because if you don’t carefully look at the entire screen, you’ll miss it. Don’t order the rice bowl, it’s not a full meal. A light snack at best. Was expecting a chipotle-like rice bowl. Got a sprinkle of each ingredient, including the meat.

This is a take out place .no place to set inside the kiosk.But you set down on the public free decks.Regarding food, extremely expensive.For a regular sandwich ? , fries ? and Coca-Cola I paid around 17 dollars ? ?If you have a family of 5 , good luck !!Their Pina Colada is Ice with coconut flavor.. same with cola cola, Ice with coke...be ready to drink massive amount of ice and their sandwiches are full of lettuce ...give me a breakBring your own food please

Living local we don't expect much from food located in tourist spots. This place was ridiculous on an entirely different level. The food was decent with the price you'd expect for a spot on the beach. However, it's clear these owners are cheapskates and willing to rip people off beginning with the 10% service charge included in the bill. This charge is for YOU to carry your food to a picnic table 5 ft away. If you want to appreciate your employees pay them better yourself as an owner instead of charging customers to pay for their counter service. The scrooge tendencies carry on by not offering lids or straws supposedly because it's a "turtle friendly beach" Okay, I can get behind that but you offer plastic cutlery and plastic condiment containers with plastic lids. The hypocrisy is clear you're just cutting corners and being cheap so you don't have to buy lids and straws. To add the icing to the cake a $4.00 fountain drink that cost maybe $.15-$.25 isn't allowed free refills because they "can't touch your cup" They also won't offer another paper cup. It's another $4.00 for a refill. There's a difference between cost efficiency / containment and being a bad business. Do better is all I can say.

The bathrooms were spotless when I visited. Outdoor shower to rinse off. Tiny little gift shop and wonderful concession stand.
Surprisingly good mahi mahi and shrimp salad. Service was also very good.
We came up from the beach for lunch at 1:15. The service was fast, pleasant, and the blackened chicken bowls were delicious.
