I just finished my first "After Body Meal". I stopped in looking for coffee while on a walk and spoke w a very nice and knowledgeable rep/employee. No coffee, but I returned later for a meal to try. The "athlete" w Mahi. Just 2-30 to 3 minutes in the microwave and it was ready. It was delicious. If someone put this meal in front of me at Flagler or Outriggers for 2x the price I would have been extremely satisfied. Extraordinary concept with flawless execution and amazing personalized customer care.I’m very grateful to have discovered them. The food and juices are healthful, delicious, and very reasonably priced… and convenient. My first ordered pick up also included a handwritten welcome and thank you note. Pure class!

AfterBody Meals would get 12/10 for tasty, convenient prepped food… but they took it a step further. Not only do they have the macros/calories tracked for you, but the quality of food is top tier and the owners care about where ingredients are sourced, what ingredients are used and how they’re going to create the next best meal the following week.
