My family and I have been taken care of by Alex the last few times we have gone and we could not have been happier! I think there was also a manager named alex who came by to check on our table when we had a small but fixable issue, it was taken care of immediately. The staff here really cares which is so rare to see these days! I will definitely take my family back here and hope this business succeeds as south Miami continues to revamp itself. Tasty, value for money compared to similar concepts. We always get the bag with shrimp and corn. The mild choice is a bit spicier than expected so be careful. The fries with crab are also perfect with fantastic lemon sauce. Lastly the fried catfish was so tasty and juicy, I loved it.

Never again. From this restaurant. Where do I start. Ordered for pick up. Pick up wasn’t ready as promised so I waited. Got a stapled bag with supposedly everything inside. So, I didn’t find out that a lot of items were missing until I got home. Gumbo no rice. Missing. Sausage 2 links. Missing. 2 corn on the cob. Missing. Sauces. Missing. Lesson 1 - open up the stapled bag when you are picking up your order to make sure you’re getting what you paid for. Lesson 2. Don’t think that you can rectify the situation by calling the restaurant. Option 1 - hostess - is always a busy signal. Option 2 - order for pick up - no-one ever picks up the phone. No option to leave a message. You think you can get a refund without having to drive back to the restaurant? Think again. You think you can get the missing items delivered after you call them?Think again. And don’t even get me started about the food that actually was in that stapled paper bag that I picked up. Ordered mild. Everything was smothered in spicy sauce. Never again

This was one of my favourites been ordering through ubereats around 11 times since middle of January, appart from that additionally I have gone there in person twice to take away food around 5:30 both times I waited for over an hour to be given the food to take home, the second time I got a parking ticket (my bad as I didnt realize the meter had gone passed) but still terrible to be made to wait for so long to just take the food home. i wont be ordering again, my last order through ubereats was last night, I ordered 6 blue crabs, 1bs of shrimp and 2 corn on cob, I only ate one blue crab and 1 corn on the cob, shortly after I had the worst food poisoning in a very long time, was very sick until 1am. Honestly the risk is not worth it. Thankfully I got the order refunded through ubereats. This has been my experience with the boiling crab and unfortunately I wont be ordering again.
