We loved the churrasco from the Guatemalan side of the menu - the steak seasoning was uniquely delicious. 3 shrimp, refried black beans, pasta, avocado and grilled spring onions were outstanding with a homemade marinade/sauce on fresh corn tortillas. Can't wait to go back!
Are you looking for a true taste of Latin America, Restaurante Chapin Vasques is the place to try. My Husband and I had the pleasure to try the food twice this week, we both ate off the Guatemalan menu, the food was amazing, perfectly cooked, just enough spice. We saw a post on the "next door ap" about this new little restaurant and wanted to try it. The food was delicious ? and had a melody ? of amazing flavors. The owners are very sweet and make authentic Guatemala and Mexican foods. Delicious.
