I like that the servers are constantly friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable. I try to stick to the specials because a la carte items add up quickly. It's Lively during the day and nice and quiet in the middle of the night. I enjoy eating at the counter and saying hi to other guests. My only complaint is that sometimes the music is painfully loud.
Worst waffle house experience ever. Not so crowded restaurant , it took 35 minutes to get scrambled eggs, hash browns and waffle. From what I gathered one server was giving all the orders and my server kept having to wait to put an order in. At some point she decided that she could actually make her own waffle and about 25 minutes into the experience she served me the waffle. My order was not even given until the 30 minute mark. No one recognized that I hadn't been served for 30 minutes. The server not once recognized how long everything was taking or even ask me if I was OK. when I did mention it to the servers at about the 25 minute mark one of the servers said "We're busy, sir. Don't get mad at us." My server said nothing. After 35 minutes, I finally saw my order being prepared. When I asked to help compensate for my trouble by comping me the waffle, the server said no she couldn't do that and there was no manager on duty. Again, never even noticing or mentioning that there was an issue at all. Thanks a lot for being helpful. This was a terrible experience. Really mad and frustrated.

I mean it’s Waffle House ! The food is always amazing, but specifically the team here on volunteer road are the sweetest! The only complaint: I had a question before I got there and their phones no longer reach the restaurant. It guides you to online ordering. That sucks in case you forget something or need them. But overall great food!

In a landscape of Waffle Houses that close their dining rooms after 9pm, this location is among the faithful few still fastidious to its offering of dine-in service 24 hours a day. That alone, to me, is worth the trip. On top of that, the atmosphere was pleasant, the staff were happy to be there, and the food was satisfying. This Waffle House, in her golden glow, welcomes all proclaiming, “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to eat.”

So yummy, the chocolate chip waffle - and everybody was SO nice... at 5:30am!!! My neice brought me there before her rock climbing competition, said it's her breakfast of champions, and I was so impressed!
