When I first tried 1000 degrees, it was love at first bite. The pizza is AMAZING! I also like the fact that the wings are finished in the oven for a nice little crisp on the outside.Here is my issue... My first order of wings was buffalo garlic parm. The sauce was very well balanced and all of the flavors complimented one another. The past 2 times I have ordered these wings has been an utter disappointment. What I have received are wings that have been lightly tossed in a buffalo sauce and coated in a ridiculous amount of minced garlic. It looks like a good half of a jar of minced garlic on 6 wings. I recommend to include in the menu that the wings will be topped with enough garlic to keep the vampires away for eternity. I expected a garlic flavored sauce. I received a thick layer of minced garlic lightly coated in Buffalo sauce, with a hint of wings underneath. I will be putting another $12 in the trash today, because I do not have the time or the patience to wipe the garlic off of the wings. Thankfully I ordered pizza as a backup plan and it is AMAZING as usual! Thanks for getting that part right.I am editing this review after the response from the business. The lack of accountability for disappointing a customer is appalling. They make it sound like I should be like the other customers that requested chicken wing flavored garlic. My order was placed online. The restaurant chose not to accept special requests. At this point, I've put $24 in the trash along with the disgusting wings. I will not eat here again. I will also stop referring people to this establishment based solely on the lack of professionalism in the response.

Great pizza!!! Amazing wings …I definitely recommend the buffalo garlic wings. There is a nice dining area inside with televisions. My family had a great time. We will definitely come back soon !!! Also, exceptional service. Thank you !

I probably come to this place more than anyone else in Spring Hill (hi, margherita with extra sauce & mushrooms chick here) and have never once been disappointed in the pizza. I've ordered it at least 100 times at this point and have received consistently amazing food every single one of those times. The staff are all pleasant, as well, ans have never once gotten my order wrong. I look forward to continuing to frequent this spot whenever we're spending time in Florida. ?

Ordered a pizza at 4:45pm to be delivered at 6:15. At 6:23pm I call and they say they’ll be right there he just left. 6:45pm pizza get delivered cold!! I’ve been on hold twice now waiting on a manager to pickup the phone. Over 25min on hold waiting on a manager and have been hung up on once already. I live 3min away. Absolutely ridiculous how this place is being ran. No clue how anyone is writing good reviews if this is how they operate. The kid that answers the phone is rude and doesn’t care about any issues.

GREAT PLACE on Spring Hill Drive! Pizza, chicken wings, salad – everything is crafted with care, using only the freshest ingredients. The Tuscan Chicken salad is amazing, with the best balsamic glaze around. Have never been disappointed! Sheena is amazing. She cooks, manages, and runs that place like a fine-tuned engine. She does it all! 1000 Degrees is a must-visit.
Toppings not on half the pie. The crust tasted very dry. Pizza was picked up at 4:30 and LEFT on the table in the rain at 5:15

Usually love this place and decided to go “all out” and spend $17 on a 10 inch pizza… built my own pizza with pesto and white garlic sauce and it is the soggiest pizza I’ve ever had. Flavor is good but crust is not. They told me they’d make it right if I brought it back… who has time for that?! take the customers word for it and fix it!

This was our favorite place to get a tasty different kind of pizza. But it has been hit and miss too many times. This last time we ordered our usual 2 pies. One was way undersized with way too much crust and was missing two of the five ordered ingredients.The other was missing one ingredient and was very dry. So really two ingredients..sauce. This has happened 3 times in the last 2 months. The owner or manager is apparently only available on Wednesdays. SO this is Wednesday and here is the issue> The bottom line is inconsistent product!
