The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible as mentioned in other reviews. I went to order a cheese burger and when I asked for more cheese it appeared as if the employee making it was upset due to the way they were throwing the cheese on the burger. While speaking with the employees and expressing my feelings they appeared as if it was an inconvenience. I would not suggest going to this Burger King. I also will not be returning to this Burger King which is unfortunate because it is close to my home.

New building, same terrible service. Pulled up and gave a coupon code. A bored-sounding girl asked me what I wanted to drink. "Do you have Mello Yello?" The curt reply: "No." Not "No, I'm sorry, we don't have Mellow Yellow, but we do have [alternative] instead." I complete my order and pull up to the window. And wait. And wait. No one is there. I pull through to the second window and begin another long wait. No one appears. This happened at 4:30 on Friday, May 29 if anyone in management cares to ask the crew what the heck they were doing instead of doing their jobs. As for me, I am done. Burger King has been on the decline for years, and nowadays the only thing you can count on at BK is frustration and disappointment. I won't be back to this location, or any other, ever again.

Waited over ten minutes at the drive through window with no response. Multiple cars behind me left. Finally someone asked what I wanted, I answered, heard her scream someone’s name and then the line cut out. I waited a few more minutes with nothing and then decided to leave.

Worst customer service. Extremely slow. Lazy drive-thru window. Very poor communication. Maybe wait 8 minutes at the ordering screen before even taking my order want to ask if there was a problem? Should I come inside? She was very rude and told me that she would be right with me as soon as she can in a very aggravated annoyed voice

there is a women with curly hair wears glasses and her bf is zech( she was really rude to me and my family had an attitude and when i said im gonna talk to your manager she said idc i dont like this job so please someone fire her she is not equipped to work there i am calling main office

They don't serve breakfast all the way until 1030 & you're lucky to be able to get the items listed on the menu. It's like they're doing you a favor to take your money. Denny's & Cracker Barrel are across the street & I usually go to one or the other but ai miss the croissanwhich so badly.

This place has the worst customer service. Went through the drive thru, was told to pull forward because we ordered more than one thing. Sat there for 10 mins before I went in to find out what was taking so long. They were all just hanging around talking and had no idea what I even ordered, so I told them. Lady who I’m assuming was the manager kept interrupting me when I was trying to say what I ordered. I even tried to show them my receipt but they wouldn’t look at it. They rush to put stuff in a bag for me, I was in a rush cause my kid was out in the car so I took the bag and left. I should have checked it because when we got home and looked in the bag half of our order WAS NOT in the bag. Worst experience there ever!!
