Our first time hereThis is absolutely the BEST Italian restaurant I've ever been to!!! We had the beal parmigiana dinner. Their house dressing made the salad worth it's own trip. The veal was the real thing, no mass produced patties here. The ziti was perfectly al dented, their house sauce, perfectly seasoned and nice and thick. We could only eat half of the dinner and took the rest home for tomorrow night. Had to have the tiramisu. It was fantastic and, again, we had to take half of it home. Our waiter was the perfect blend of there when needed and invisible when not needed. The dining room is small so I would recommend reservations for dinner.

I can count the number of dissatisfied reviews I've felt the motivation to make on one finger; this is one of them. Usually I'm pretty forgiving when inconvenienced- mistakes happen, people have off days, etc. etc. but my order here got to me.Right about 6:30 I call in a pick up and told it'll be ready in an hour. It wasn't much; Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken, Calamari, and a kid's chicken cutlet meal. An hour seemed excessive but that's ok, at least we know. Now maybe other places have spoiled me but usually if i show up a few minutes early it's already ready. Not so. No biggie, I am early after all. I pay in advance which I later regret. At right about 7:30 I'm asked if it's ok if their Fettuccini being thinner than typical. After responding I notice the time and find it odd I'm being asked this now since surely it's ready? Nope. It's now 7:53 and my wife is texting me to cancel and grab some Wendy's which if I hadn't already paid I would have just walked out. We text a bit more and at 7:55 the order is finally ready. We're both annoyed, it's been an hour and a half without even a mention that it might take longer than normal on top of an already long wait. Granted, this was on a Saturday but I too work in an industry where delays demand a courtesy notice at least. At any rate, at least we got the food? I'm not going to exaggerate and say it was terrible but I won't lie either so here's a very honest review - for the price of $50 and an hour and a half wait time it was all very average, with a final insult that there wasn't even any marinara to be found for the Calamari, let alone a lemon slice. Luckily I had some sitting in the fridge but something fresh for the price and wait would've been preferred. For those that enjoy the place please continue. For the price the wife and I will just head to Carrabba's in the future.-Eric & family.Note: The wife wanted me to emphasize that the pasta used was not suitable at all for a good Fettuccini Alfredo and was overall exceptionally bland.

I have a previous review from when the new owners first took over. It was not a very good experience. I went back to give them another try. The food was absolutely amazing. Beautiful atmosphere and outside seating. Inside is a little tight. We had to wait about an hour and 20 minutes to get our entrées. But everything is made to order and they had a lot of takeout orders that day. But you get salad and bread While you’re waiting. And the food is just so good it’s worth the wait. The salad that comes with your entrée is huge. The best homemade house dressing! But the entrées still seem a little small. Our server seemed distracted. But there was a younger male server who kept us entertained. Lol.

Beautiful decorations a winter wonderland you sincerely have the talent to make people walk in and have nothing but smiles as you greeted us with a smile it is truly contagiousJeanie please come to our home and use your magic touch . We just got back in town on Friday and had to visit and was so happy to visit . Our server was excellent but unfortunately food took way to long we were only a party of four . We were visited by the manager Jeanie and she was the most pleasant and apologized about the wait and explained short staffed. When we finally gotten our dinner it was ok. As we were leaving we saw the manager also cooking with the chef you have a fantastic teamWe will return due to warm welcome and personal hospitality. Every restaurant needs this Thank You againVegetarian options: A few options

Unfortunately our trip here was quite horrible. An hour and a half wait time, with a reservation! Waited forever for our food. 5 other tables that came in after us... after us... recieved their food before us. Took 45 mins for our main food. Our appitisers were the only thing hot when they came out. Half of the orders were wrong, and or cold when brought to the table. Service was sub par for what a small place like this should even be. I don't like writing bad reviews, but this was a very terrible experience. Next time I'll just cook at home. Do not recommend. You guys need to change the structure of how you operate. As well, when disciplining your staff, you should do it where it's not in front of the customers. As well the owner on staff was extremely unaccomidating to our major concerns.Rating fits the establishment and how it operates. Seems like owner/management needs to take a good look at their day to day operations.Wheelchair accessibility: Would not recommend if you need accommodations, likely not enough room for you to move thru the tables, tightly squeezed in this tiny place.

We went there on a Thursday night and it was pretty empty. We were a family of four. We ordered bread, and 3 pasta dishes. The bread came out quickly, the salad and soups took 20 minutes. The soup just tasted like Panera bread and honestly Panera was better. Very lukewarm. The salad was just lettuce and 2 small tomatoes with dressing. Then the food. Oh boy the food. We waited a damn hour and a half for it. My dad almost fell asleep twice. Nobody else in the dining room got there food either. When we got it the pasta sauce tasted like pasta water and the other pasta was very drenched in a sort of pasta water sauce. It was slimy too. We didn’t even order dessert because we didn’t want to spend a eternity here. There’s better places around here, go there unless you got a whole day or night on your hands.

Long wait before sitting down and we had made a reservation, an hour for the food to arrive at the table and when it arrived it was cold or something different than what we had ordered. 8 at the table and absolutely none of us will spend money here again. Decent waitress and good starters.

My wife and I went there on a Saturday night. We got there was seated within 5 minutes. We ordered Drinks, salad for each and were sharing on of their big calzones. Took 10 to get drinks, 15 min tod get bread and no olive oil to dip in we asked the hostess which brought the bread if we could get the olive oil and she was not a problem. We never saw it. 35 minutes into dinner we got our salads which was just italian lettuce one little tomato and a sliver of onion and creamy italian dressing. We asked our server for more bread and olive oil dip. That came out pretty quick. The salad dressing and the olive oil had a lot of garlic to the point my Italian wife said that is a lot of garlic to which it was not tasting good. We then waited for the calzone which did not appear. I asked if she was ready and she was. We went to the front register and asked for our calzone to be put in a box to which we were told it has not even been started and the order for it was put in 40 min prior to us asking for it to leave. The took care of what we had eaten and drank. While in there they had 1 whole table go back because food was wrong and a few other tables at least 1 to 2 people their food was messed up or wrong. We have been going here for 2 years and never had this happen. It was just recently sold to a new owner. My suggestion get new cooks or chef that knows what they are doing and get a hostess that takes care of your customers and not just forgets them. And not so much garlic for the love of god not so much garlic.

We went here specially for the Arancini since it's rarely on the Italian menus around here, but were very disappointed when the appetizer came out lukewarm (with the cheese in center completely unmelted). Everything else was... fine. It was an ok restaurant with ok food, service, and atmosphere. Definitely a little pricey, all things considered.
