So I had to meet somebody when I was in the area and this is a great little spot. They offer amazing smoothies and energy herbal teas. This is a women owned business And they specialize in weight-loss. They were very knowledgeable about the products and I opted for one of the blue energy tease and it was amazing. Also I found out it burns calories and gave you energy without the crash. If you were looking for creative Protein and energy options I definitely recommend this place

Great new Herbalife shake place. In the same spot where Vitality Nutrition was. Lots of selections and flavors to chose from. Grab your shake and tea for a great meal replacement that taste like you're cheating but the shakes are only 200 calories. The lift teas get you going without that jitter filling and taste awesome. The girls here are sweet and helpful Drop in a give them a try. Same strip mall as Gudios pizza. Corner of US 19 and forest oaks.
